Y/n was at house/store. It was now morning. Y/n was in th Kitchen eating cereal provided by her/his dad. Y/n's dad watched as his son/daughter ate slowly with concern.

Henry:D-do you feel like talking about it?

Y/n:no..

He/she continued to eat. Then got up and left without a word after finishing. Her/his dad looked at him/her with concern. Y/n went outside.He/she had been acting zombie like emotionless.He/she Laid on the grass playing with a flower. He/she finally had what she/he wanted ..freedom. Barefoot on the grass able to smell the flowers yet y/n still wasn't happy. He/she tried to enjoy this but felt nothing. None of it satisfied him/her. With nothing to do Y/n then went into town unsure what he/she could or would want to do. He/she quickly and quietly went inside to put his/her shoes on. He/she went around looking around town until he/she heard a crowd cheering. Y/n decideing to do something other than be sad investigated to why people were cheering. Then he/she saw the boys from the casino standing on a stage. She/he hadn't seen the boys in a long time. Curious he/she went closer.The boys were smiling.

Elder Kettle:Hip hip hooray.

Then everyone else joined in. After three cheers the crowd quieted down as the boys spoke.

Cuphead:The devil and King won't bother us anymore. We taught him a thing or two.

MugMan: Everyone is free from their contracts.

Everyone cheered once again but a knot formed in y/n's stomach. 'Are they okay I should go back-no no they don't care about me. Why should I care...' Y/n thought. 'but their faces seemed so pitiful' y/n thought once again. He/she instantly rembered the shame and sadness on their faces before she/he ran off.Y/n was in a world of mixed emotions. Their feelings might have been fake or just maybe just maybe they could be true. The knot that once formed in y/n's stomach became a feeling of hope. Y/n then went through the crowd back to her/his house. Rushing y/n went into the house into her/his room to write a quick note to his/her father but before he/she could finish the bell rang.Someone was in the store.

Henry:Y/n?

And it was y/n's dad.He began going up stairs.

Henry:Y/n?

Y/n looked around her/his room. Before he/she could do anything y/n's dad came in.Y/n didnt know what to do with quick improvising Y/n held the note behind his/her back.

Y/n:Hey dad.

Y/n said with fake happiness and a fake smile.

Henry:Y-you feeling better?

Y/n:Yep extremely better.

Y/n tried to say without sarcasm.

Henry:(smile) thats great. Real great.

He hugged y/n. His smile faded. He felt the note in y/n's hand.Swiping it from him/her. He moved away from y/n inorder to read the note. Y/n stood back a little unsure his/her dad would react. After reading it he looked at y/n tears in his eyes.

Henry:Y-you w-were going to leave me? Alone?

Y/n:No..well yes but not for long just for a day! I would come back!

Henry:y/n why do you want to leave! Did they put a curse on you?! Did they?!

Y/n:No I just want to go and see if they are alright.. I dont want to see them hurt. Please dad let me go.

Henry had more tears in his eyes.

Henry:Don't leave me....Your mom left us...then I though I lost you but you came back...(sniffle) I can't lose you again please.
