broken || j.r.a. ? book one ?

Samantha's POV

I wake up in Jack's dark bedroom, wrapped up in his bedsheets by myself.

"Jack?" I call out, but not too loud.

"J-Jack..?"

Still no answer.

Slowly, I swing my legs over the edge of his bed onto the carpeted floor.

I out my arms out, feeling around to make sure I don't bump into anything.

Once I feel the bedroom door, I slowly twist it and open the door.

"J-Jacky?" I stutter.

By the looks of outside from Jack's window, it seemed pretty late.

So, the fact that I couldn't find him kinda creepy me out.

Walking down the hall, I feel around for the railing on the stairs.

When I feel it, I flinch, thinking that it was something else.

I slowly tiptoe down the stairs.

"Jack?"

I was looking everywhere and, still, no sign of Jack.

At first, I just thought of going back upstairs and checking the bathroom for him.

But, that wouldn't make sense if Jack has a bathroom in his bedroom..., I thought.

Suddenly, I heard a noise coming from the kitchen.

"J-Jack?" I begin to make my way to the kitchen. "Jack, is that- Oh my God..."

As soon as I stand in the doorway of the kitchen, I seen something I never thought I'd see..

There Jack stood with some random girl sat atop the counter in front of him. Neither of them had their shirts on, whilst Jack stood in between the girls legs with his hands on her thighs as they made out with each other.

A tear rolled down my cheek as I took a small step backward.

"J-Jacky...?" I said, almost too quietly.

Just then, both Jack and the girl turned to look at me.

When Jack saw me, his eyes widened as big he had just seen a ghost.. But, when the girl saw me, she just smiled at me as if she knew what she was doing...

As more tears stream down my face, Jack opens his mouth to speak, but I run away before he could get even a word out.
