Your P.O.V. My answer for who I would choose was obvious. Zane. He understood how I felt.. Someone always being better than you... I had asked him to meet me in the park, where we said we'd be Shadow buddies. My heart beat sped up when I saw him slumping while walking to the park. He seemed to light up when he saw me though. "H-hey Y/n.." "Hi Zane.. so uh.. I want...um-" "Don't worry.. I-I know your gunna ch-choose my brother. And I'm fine with it." He interrupted me. "Zane no.. I-" "It's alright.." he started walking away. "Dammit Zane, I WANT TO GO TO PROM WITH YOU!" Silence. People began to stare at us, he tensed up with his back facing me. "Wh-what?" He looked over his shoulder, his eye wide. "I don't want Garroth, o-or Gene or any other boy! I want you... " Zane fully turned around to face me and stepped toward me.

"So...You really actually want to go to prom with me?" He still seemed confused. I also stepped toward him, gripping the collar of his shirt with one hand. I used the other to pull down his mask and softly kiss him on the lips. I pulled away red faced, he had a deep blush as well.. "Does that answer your question?" I smirked slightly.
"Y-yeah...." I let go of him, smiling lightly. "Pick me up at 7:30 on prom night.." I pecked his cheek, "see ya Zane." I walked off blushing deeply. I can't believe I just did that..I kinda...liked it... I blushed more at the mere thoughts i had and quickly rushed home.
I was greeted with the yips and slobbery licks of Senshi, My father stood unamused with crossed arms. I got the over excited dog to settle down, my father looked like he had something to tell me. "Hello Mr. L/N." I greeted him.
He clicked his tongue annoyed, "just get in the damn house." I did as told and quickly shut the door behind me. "Follow." He snapped his fingers walking off. Curiously I followed him as ordered to. He sat down at the kitchen table, sipping coffee. "I believe Aaron Lycon asked you to go to prom with him? Is this true or not?" He narrowed his eyes at me. "But-","I said, Is this true or not?!?" He raised his voice.
I sighed, "It's true.." "You're going with him.. right." It didn't sound like a question...more like a sharp stab in my side, dripping with venom. "N-no.." He slammed his hands on the table glaring at me. "Y/n! you're wasting an opportunity to their family business! This could be great for me and your being selfish! a greedy child!"
