Scott slowly opened his eyes and he flinched when he realized Mitch was looking back at him. His hand froze at Mitch's lower back. "I woke you up, I'm sorry. Go back to sleep." He whispered quietly, afraid to disturb the quietness of the room. Mitch seemed to fight his drooping eyes and squeezed himself against Scott tighter, tucking his face under Scott's. He wiggled to get comfortable and Scott swallowed thickly, not used to this large of a lack of personal space between them. Mitch's breath felt a lot hotter against his ear and neck and he repressed a shiver, biting his cheek instead. His eyes drifted down to the exposed skin of Mitch's shoulder and collarbone. His hand slowly slid up, lightly brushing over the olive skin until his fingers could trace a circle around his shoulder and dip down across his neck and up to his ear. Apparently, his brain stopped working, because he caught himself leaning down and pressing his lips to Mitch's shoulder, trailing kisses terribly slowly up to his ear. He screamed at his body to stop, but it continued its trail under Mitch's jaw to the corner of his mouth, similar to the way Mitch kissed him before. Just before his lips could press to Mitch's he froze at his voice.
"I won't get back to sleep if you keep doing that." It was light-hearted and teasing and Scott knew he should stop. Knew that if he kept going he would worsen the pain later down the line and further cross the line he already started to cross. He relaxed his body and forced his breathing to a steady rhythm. He wanted to look at Mitch's face, but he was too afraid to meet his eyes, so he just laid there, wondering what Mitch was feeling and thinking. He wasn't sure how he could explain this one away in the morning.

Scott woke suddenly when his body was jostled roughly and opened his eyes to see Mitch's ass up in the air as his body was sprawled across him and his head was off the edge of the bed. He listened to sounds of struggle as Mitch squirmed to reach something on the floor and silently chuckled at the "Ugh, yes," and closed his eyes as Mitch's body slid back over his, feigning sleep. He listened to Mitch's phone unlock. Then listened to the camera go off. He opened his eyes to a mischevious face and quickly reached for Mitch's phone, snatching it out of his hand and held it out of reach.
"You are deleting that picture." His voice was laden with sleep, grumbly and rough.
Mitch laughed and reached over him, unashamed to put his whole body into the reach, practically straddling Scott. "No! You are cute when you sleep."
"I wasn't even sleeping when you took that one!" Scott's resolve was quickly fleeting as Mitch's body wiggled around on top of him. Honestly, if Mitch didn't stop soon, Scott was gonna have a bigger, more embarrassing, problem to deal with. This convinced Scott to just give up, and he rolled his eyes as he handed the phone back to Mitch, rolling on his side, dumping Mitch back onto the bed, away from his crotch. He closed his eyes. I guess that means we aren't discussing what happened last night.
Getting up and ready didn't take either of them long, and saying goodbye to Scott' s parents was bittersweet as usual but he really wasn't expecting some of the "advice" from his parents. He always knew they almost liked Mitch more than him and honestly, he didn't blame them. If their "You better take care of that boy" and "If I find out you hurt him, you are dead" were anything to go by, he'd consider that some pretty solid evidence to coming second in their hearts. But alas, the drive to Mitch's parents was not long and by nine am, they were walking into the front door of his second childhood home.
"My babies!" Scott smiled at the petite woman barrelling towards them.
"Mama!" Mitch yelled back and welcomed her tight hugs, Scott getting his turn right after. Mitch and Scott waited for direction but was met with her just looking back and forth between them, her eyes progressively getting wetter. "Mom, please don't cry."
