(AN: I wrote this ff over a year ago and now that I'm coming back to it, I'm noticing how many things are incorrect to Tyler and Josh in real life. There are still a few things I'm adding for the sake of the plot, but I apologize in advance for this reason.)

Josh's POV

The day was almost over just as soon as it had started. I walked with Tyler to each and every class, minus his honors. Even then, I was at the door to his class before the bell had even rung.

I decided that I would walk home with him and hang out for a while, as well. Being too supportive wasnt even an issue at this point- well. For me it wasn't. I couldnt quite tell if it was for Ty...

"Am I being... Too... Supportive Tyler?" I looked down at him and tilted my head slightly. He shook his head, and I let out a sigh of relief. "Would you like to change your bandages?" This time he nodded and I gave him a small smile.

We walked into his bathroom and I grabbed the clean bandages from the cabinet. I then walked out and sat on the couch waiting for Ty to join me. He quickly sat next to me.

I started unravelling his used bandages and for the first time, I took a careful look at his arms. The wounds were still in the phase of getting worse before they began getting better. I felt the tears begin to well up in my eyes and I looked away from him quickly and he grabbed onto me.

"What did I do?" I looked back and he seemed worried. I shook my head and answered.

"Nothing... Its fine. I just havent really looked at... Them... Yet..." He nodded and looked down, feeling guilty. I sighed and quickly rewrapped his bandages. Once I was done with that, he was still looking down, and I felt horrible for making it a greater deal than it had been.

I hugged him gently and brought him close to my chest in a somewhat protective manner.

"You did nothing wrong, Tyler. I just hate to see someone so amazing go through that." He nodded against my chest and pulled away slowly. I could see that his eyes had begun to water.

Changing the subject seemed to be a good idea at this point.

"Have you been working on any more paintings recently, Tyjo?" He looked at me, confused.

"Tyjo?" He chuckled softly and furrowed his eyebrows together as his chuckle turned into a laugh.

"Yep! Now, answer the dam question!" I smiled at him and he nodded as though he forgot I had even asked anything.

"Ah. Yeah I have, actually... it's quite dark though." I bit my lip and nodded back towards the frail boy. "Would y-you... l-like to um... see... it?" I gave him and wild nod he wore a very small smile on his beau-, normal face. He them walked up the stairs and I followed him as he walked into an art studio-type room.

I looked around in awe, as the walls of this room were also covered in paintings that were just as grimm. Yet once again, I wanted to keep them all. I paid careful attention to each one in great detail, discovering that many of them had featured a similar character.

The character looked sort of similar to Tyler... but there were many differences and It had definitely been much darker than the boy, himself. One painting was the character with "blurryface" etched into it's arm.

"He told me to do it..." I jumped up at the sound of his voice and turned around, giving the boy a confused look. "Blurryface... I forgot to take my medication the day I did it... he told me to." Still confused I looked back at the painting, now seeing how it could be coming from his mind.

"Medication for what...?" I raised an eyebrow at the boy and he gave a sigh, as if he didn't want to talk about it. "You don't have to tell me-" he cut me off before I finished and I looked down.

"No... it's okay. If I tell you maybe you can remind me to take my medication so it doesn't happen again. I have schizophrenia. I take medication to make the symptoms less... appearant." I nodded as I took it all in.

"Well... I'll remind you to take your meds." I looked over at his most recent painting which looked nothing like the others. This one featured a red-haired boy with wild hair and a character similar to Tyler. This time, Tyler's character was less dark. But, I couldn't help but wonder who the other character was.

As I observed it further, I realized that Tyler seemed happy in the painting. I smiled softly and Tyler covered the painting with a sheet.

"That o-one isn't the one I'm... working on." I looked at the boy seeing that he had seemed somewhat embarassed. I raised an eyebrow suddenly noticing the slight red color that made itself known along the young boy's cheeks. I chuckled and ruffled his beanie-less hair as I walked out of the room with the though still on my mind.

Who was in that painting...?
