I use Pixlr! And that's pretty much it. BUT. I also use ~ dafont.com ~ for fonts. And let me tell you... THEM FONTS ARE GRAPHIC HEAVEN...
These are only the programs I'm using SO FAR... You never know when I might use other programs when needed.
So if you would like to use them (but I'm pretty sure a lot of people already have them, & I'm just a late bloomer...)then the links are listed below~! :3 (Y'all, I'm sorry I'm boring but um...I'm trying.)
Oh, yea. And I do this stuff on PC so...You MIGHT need a computer for this but there is always a Pixlr app & Phonto (tbh I have never used it but I heard it's noice) =)
