"Thank you!"
I sheepishly scratch at the back of my neck. "It's no problem, really."
The man waves the comment away. "No, it is such an honor to be helped by a member of the Order of the Stone! I can't say thank you enough!"
"Well... I'm uh..." I shake my head, I don't want to explain this again to a new stranger. "Well, you're welcome. I hope your new home fits you well."
"Yes I'm sure it will! Thanks to you that is!"
Not really knowing what to say, I wave goodbye and start to walk off. Not with real any direction, generally I just keep walking until I find someone else who's trying to rebuild their homes.
Although, every single person I've found as called me a member of the New Order of the Stone. I would consider myself friends with Jesse now, but... I wasn't on the stage with him. I was not up there when they were dubbed with that title. I was standing with my-
I sigh to the air when I think about Aiden and the others. They used to be with me, we were travelling around helping people together. But over time, as Aiden heard more and more stories about the Order's newest treasures, he just got angrier. Until he broke and dragged Maya and Gill with him.
I really don't get it. Yes, they picked on Jesse and his friends for a long time, something I'm not practically proud of. But they saved the world! Which includes them! Sure it does sound abstract when you hear it for the first time, but it does make sense.
Sighing, I sit down on a log. It's been a few weeks now since they've left, and I'm getting pretty lonely. Helping people has been great and all, but it's weird to be alone. Trapped with these same thoughts looping in my head over and over again. I'm getting quite sick of it.
I have no idea where Aiden, Maya, and Gill are, but I could always go to Beacontown. There's a high chance the Order aren't there, but I could wait. I just kinda want to talk to someone. After the whole Wither Storm thing, I would definitely say I'm friends with all of them. Although I don't think I'll ever get away from Axel's teasing.
For the first time in awhile, I feel really motivated. Finally having a place to walk towards again, not just aimlessly wandering until I find someone who needs up. It's not that I didn't like doing that or anything, but I've been at it for a few mouths, most people have already rebuilt their homes.
Humming to myself, I set out in the general direction where Beacontown is. I don't know where it is exactly, but once I hit a road I'll be able to get there without any problems whatsoever.
Jesse and his friends have been adventuring lately, travelling to different areas and whatnot. Petra's always has been a great warrior and is probably even a better one now, while Jesse was quite the fighter himself. I suspect over the last few months his skill has grown exponentially.
I wonder how Axel and Olivia have been fighting. Olivia must have some redstone equipment on hand all the time, but what does Axel fight with. TNT? An axe? Is he still using his bare hands?
Well, I guess I'll find out when I get there. I'm not the greatest melee fighter, but I've gotten much better with my bow. And since they all adventure in a group, not every person has to be the best sword fighter.
That is assuming if I can come with them. I'm sure Petra and Jesse will welcome me right in, Olivia won't have any problems either. Axel... I'm at least 80% sure he'll be fine with it. So yeah, they'll let me join them.
I really hope they haven't gone to a desert temple yet, I have always wanted to go to one of those. Or maybe-
