I stared at the tabloids containing my face and Niccolo's and an article saying the marriage is untrue layed on his table in his office.
where is he??? I wondered again
That guy is so dead when he shows up!
Travis drove me home and I found reporters stood up from the pavement and followed the car holding the microphones and recorders
don't they get tired at all?
"Is it rue?"They asked again
"As I have told you before it is not"I answered
"How can you prove it?"They asked
I paused
"Thats enough"Travis shouted scorting me to the door
I opened the door and saw a man turning his back on me wearing a gray suit
He turned around and I was surprised to see it was Niccolo
"Niccolo"his name escaped my lips as I walk closer feeling happy and relieved that the problem will now disappear and the urge to slap him for taking soooo long
Seems my anger won so I threw a slap across his face
He was shocked...very shocked as if its his first time to be slapped by me
his face slowly turned to me
"Why did you take too long you bas..."My words faded seeing his eyes
my heart pounded as I became sure
no...no...what is he doing?
I stepped back,feeling scared
Why is this man here?
"What are you doing here?"I asked
he smiled stepping forward as I step back
"I am your husband for now"He said
his words entered my ears sending chills down my spine
My eyes widened to their limit as my eyebrows rose up
I do not...No I cannot believe what I heard
"We need to act as a man and wife in public to fix this,apparently Niccolo can't be bothered to come here so his father came to ask me instead"he explained
what?he didnt care at all?This could cost his business agreement!and he cant be bothered to come??As far as I see it he has a big benefit from coming!
I shook my head
"I oppose...I'd rather live sorrounded by questions"I answered
he laughed
"Dont you fuckin come closer"I warned in fear seeing him take a step closer he grabbed my hand and pulled me for a hug
I quickly pushed him but he oppose to free me so I tried my best to get out of his burning hug
I cannot believe I dreamed of being in his arms before and now it's nothing but a place I never want to be.
"Get off of her!"Adriano came and threw a punch at him causing him to fall on the floor
I hugged myself while I silently enjoyed seeing him fall
"This is Niccolo's wife I suggest be very careful and be wise with your actions"He said calmly yet threatening he then pulled me to my room
