     "Zero's right. The people might not even welcome outsiders.... especially if they're from PHASe." Nine frowned at his own statement.

     "By the way, I know this wouldn't help lighten the mood, but I really think you should know this..." Three started once again. Nine looked up at him, "What is it, hyung?"

     Everyone turned eager to hear this extra info and listened, "Naldeland isn't the city's original name. To elaborate..... This city was known to be home to many criminals such as theives, addicts, drug dealers, and even murderers. Many agencies have been wanting to track them down and lock them up in jail but failed all because the name of the city had been hidden and changed for outsiders.... A leading group within the city made some changes so they could hide from the agents who've been tracking them down. They changed their city's name into Naldeland so the agents would think they've been mistaken. How smart..... but not smart enough.... I was able to find out that these agents who've been tracking them down said that the city these criminals resided in was called "Nefarion". Which is actually the word 'nefarious' meaning 'wrong-doing'...."

     After Three's long explanation, the other members of Alpha have stayed silent, trying to take in all the information they've heard.

     "So in order to hide from these agencies, a certain group lied that their city's name was called Naldeland instead of Nefarion. And this city was known to be the home of numerous wanted criminals.....?" Nine stroke his finger under his chin in a repetitive manner as the other others remained silent. Three only hummed in approval to the leader's summary.

     You shifted uncomfortably in your seat, a weird feeling of cautiousness and fear invading your mind. Zero had noticed your discomfort and grabbed your hand in his. You glanced at him (to your right) and he gave you a reassuring smile. His grip tightened on your hand making you feel at ease.

     Monarch sat up from Eight's lap and moved to yours. You looked to your left where Eight sat as he nodded to you in approval for petting his cat. You gently patted Monarch's head as the little animal purred at your touch.

'Why do I suddenly have a bad feeling about this?' You thought as your eyes stayed locked on the cat.

'Just relax, Seven. This mission will be over before you know it.'

You looked up hearing the Specters's voice. Six gave you a small smile which you returned.

'Thanks Six...' you say in your head, 'No problem. Just breathe.... We won't pressure you too much, promise.'

"So..... We'll be looking for KAIROS in a city filled with probably the most wanted people in the world.." Five perks up gaining everyone's attention.

     Nine noticed his team's expressions. They were vague and dull. "Lighten up Alpha. We still have the rest of the day and tomorrow to make a plan. Three and Six will stay here with me. You two need to help me with more information so I can think of a way to find KAIROS." Three and Six nodded silently.

     Four stood up at once, ready to go back to his room. "You guys may go..." Nine gestured to Eight, Five, Zero, and you to take your leave and follow the assassin who had already walked away.

"Come on Seven..." you heard Zero whisper to you as he pulled your hand with him, making you stand up and follow.

     Five and Eight walked together. Monarch had left your lap long ago to walk just behind Eight. Six sighed the moment they were alone in the meeting room. Three tapped his fingers on his tablet while staring into space while Nine hung his head low with his hands clasped together under his chin.
