Lost

I was finally getting done with my English homework, the first of the huge pile besides me. The worst part of it all is that once I'm done with that, I'm not finished. I still have to do summaries for all my tests, and finals are next week. I'm so mentally drained, I will need a ten month vacation after school's over.

I was half way through the haunting stack of work on my desk when my phone rang. It was Wilbur.
"Wilbur it's almost midnight, what do you want?"
"Vi hurry up! Code 10, West Park!"
Fuck.
"On my way!"
I quickly changed into my suit and left the mess that I call room as quickly as possible. Why now of all times? Why during finals? And why a Code 10?
I arrived at West Park in less than ten minutes, thankfully. I was shocked at what I saw when I arrived. This was not going to be easy.
Chaos spread all around the park, a few things were on fire, trees were broken down... it was absolute madness. Most people had already left the area, lucky, so that left us four and the code 10.
" I am the Flaming Fury!" announced our opponent. He was taller than all of us, clearly an adult. His red and orange suit glistened against the burning flames in his hands. He was a super. We have never dealt with super villains, only villains, plain, regular, simple humans. This was a challenge.
"Vi! What do we do?"
"We need a plan! Vi, any ideas?"
Why am I always the one who comes up with a plan? Ok, let's see... What can we do? There is no body of water near by, there are no fire hydrants either...
"Well that's a safety hazard" I muttered to myself. My thoughts were abruptly interrupted by a loud scream.
"VIOLET!"
I couldn't see who it was because of the flames surrounding the victim, but I knew that voice too well to mistake it.
"DASH!"
"Vi help me!"
What was he doing here, last time I checked he was at home.
"If you want your little brother back, you shall give me something in return"
"What do you want?" Wilbur chimed in.
"Back off kid, this is none of your business! This is between little miss disappear and me."
"What could you possibly want from me?"
"I want your powers..."
What?
"What?" Penny, Hiro, and Wilbur screamed in unison.
"But you already have powers"
"You foolish child, of course I have powers, but that doesn't mean I want more. Your family is very special, but you... you are the strongest one, the only one who could possibly ruin my plan. Therefore, if I have your special abilities... no one will be able to stop me."
That's it. We have to stop him, I have to stop him.
We began fighting. He was throwing fire balls at me, and I was deflecting them with my force fields. Hiro was constantly ordering Baymax to throw his rocket fist; Penny had called the firefighters and was rescuing innocent citizens from the fire along Wilbur. It was just the two of us, he didn't care about the others, he only cared about me.
I had to come up with a plan, we had been fighting for over half an hour. But what could I do... that's it! His suit! His cape! NO CAPES! Thanks Edna! I ran towards him, throwing force fields left and right. When I was close enough, I grabbed his cape and pulled it down, making him drop down on the grassy field.
"Hiro, Dash!" I said pointing towards my brother.
I yanked the sparkling, red cape towards the metal pole Dash was tied to, and tied the fashionable, yet non functional, cape around it.
The police arrived and took Flaming Fury to prison. I said bye to the rest of the Futuristic Four and ran home.
