The Game

You know those days where you just want to sleep in? This was one of those days. Nevertheless, Maria was waking everyone up while explaining something along the lines of "Come on guys! I want to get there before everyone else!"

Ishiko and Alex seemed to be the only ones who got up without a fuss but after 2 hours (Well, it felt like it.) of convincing the others to at least take a walk downtown they all got dressed in their own outfits and headed to Main St.

"Why the hell did you even wake us up this morning anyway?" questioned Yui. Maria stopped mid-step and turned around with a guilty look on her face.

"I... wanted to try some sweets I saw in a shop up ahead." Maria admitted.

The group sighed but still continued following the blonde to her destination. However, they once again stopped. This time Yui was the one who slowed down to a stop.

"I sense a disturbance in the good vibes, dudes." he muttered ominously.

"N-now that you mention it, I feel like we are being w-watched!" agreed Ishiko, not fazed at Yui's strange word choice.

Y/N looked around with narrowed eyes and a frown, due to being awakened from her sleep too early.

Y/N spotted a pair of red eyes hidden in the crowd, watching them.

"Guys, I think I found our stalker." Y/N nodded towards Sebastian.

Sebastian decided to walk over once he was spotted.

"Good morning, Lady Y/N." He greeted.

"Same to you, Sebastian." Y/N replied. "Was there you something wanted to tell us?" Y/N was a tad suspicious of Sebastian.

"Yes. My lord has sent an invitation addressed to you." Sebastian handed Y/N a letter.

It read,

Dear Y/N and company,

Since the events of the Jack The Ripper case proved your allegations were correct, I'd like to invite you and your friends to tea to discuss any questions I may have. Please join me at my manor today at 2:00pm. I hope to see you soon.

Ciel Phantomhive

Y/N turned back to her friends. "I guess we're going to Ciel's manor."

Once 2 o'clock came around, Y/N and her friends hopped in a carriage to Ciel's manor.

Arriving at the manor, they find Ciel was already on the stairs waiting for them.

"Welcome to the Phantomhive manor."

(Black Butler opening plays because I couldn't think of a transition phrase and the opening fit so well so I did it.)

Walking through the manor, the five teens looked at their surroundings.

On their way to the living room, Y/N stops at a vase of white roses causing the group to pause and turn towards her.

"The anime does this place no justice. I mean, look how lifelike these roses are!", Y/N said, showing them the flowers.

Ciel and Sebastian raised an eyebrow while the others facepalmed.

"Are flowers not "lifelike" where you all come from?"

Y/N raised a finger and opened her mouth to give a sassy reply but with the way Maria looked at her, she closed her mouth and rejoined the group.

Entering the room, they made their way over to some couches near the fireplace. They all sat down, Ciel being in a conveniently placed chair and began questioning them.

"First, I want to know more about this 'show' that follows my life." Ciel said as Sebastian brought in some tea.

"We know your past, present, and your future." Y/N said cryptically.

"So, you know about how-" Ciel started.

"About how Sebastian is a soul-sucking demon? Yup." Maria said bluntly.

"Then I must repeat my offer. I can't have you roaming freely with that information." If the word got out that Ciel had a contract with a demon, the Phantomhive name would be ruined. Ciel could not have that happen.

"How about we make a deal." Y/N blurted out.

"What kind of deal?" Ciel asked, interested. Her friends were interested as well.

"We'll work for you if you help us find a way to get back home, deal?"

Ciel thought it over. He couldn't risk his most keep secret getting out to the public and having them here could give him an advantage. He could solve cases faster.

"Deal."
