Shizuka Hio is here like I planned but something doesn't feel right and I'm not sure if it had something to do with Shay or something else entirely. Shay..isn't a normal human and even when I tasted her blood I felt more human warmth going into me then the coldness entering her. Shay is probably the only human I could forcefully change but why would I even think that she's just another human. Yuki is important to me because she's the light of my life but Shay is naturally gifted so does that make her a pawn or something more. This is the first time I have been frustrated by a human not counting Yuki's lost memories of us when we were children.

Kaname walking around campus until he felt someone crash into his chest when he looked down a bit there was Shay staring at him and she frowned when he smiled. He was confused it was like she could see through his fake facade he shows everyone but why could she see his pain and emotions she's only human.

(Shay) " Oh..I'm sorry Kaname..I was lost in thought when I bumped into you"

(Kaname) " No... it's my fault I wasn't paying attention either..what are you doing out so late?"

(Shay) " I was just talking with Zero..but I'm heading back to my room"

(Kaname) " Would you like some company?"

(Shay) " I..sure but it's a little odd you would even ask me that"

(Kaname) " How so?"

(Shay) " Well.. you're the Moon dorm president but also a Vampire Lord and thinking about it locally I'm just a commoner compared to you. You having to ask in a polite manner makes you seem to have a gentleman like act but does it really gain you anything from being around me an abnormal human"

(Kaname) " Yes that's true but you're a mind reader and I chose not to use my power to make people follow me besides I like to see people for who they are not by rank or role in society"

(Shay) " I guess that's a good way of looking at things but wouldn't it be better to be more honest with you feelings instead of holding them back"

(Kaname) " What do you mean?

(Shay) " Kaname.. I know you love and care for Yuki.. but she's torn between you two. Zero would seem like a better partner for her as much as you want to protect her in the end you will only push her away when you want her close"

(Kaname) " What are you talking about?"

(Shay) " What I am saying is the one you love the most is hurting because of you and when you take her away you will be isolated her . Kaname could you really want to her to feel pain like that just to be your sunshine again?"

Kaname thought about what she said and realized she was right but that made him feel angry.
