My Master - Yoonmin

"But daddy I don't want you to go." Jimin said clinging onto his father at the door as Yoongi watched.

Yoongi had become a custom to how clingy Jimin could be since beginning to work there and knew the best thing was to be strict or to let it happen depending on if it's affecting anything.

"Jimin. I'm only going away for two weeks I'll be back in no time. I've been away longer before and this time Yoongi is here to take care of you. It'll all be okay." Jimin's father said stroking the crying younger boys hair.

"B-but I don't want you to go..." Jimin cried louder breaking all the bystanders hearts.

Jimin stepped back from his son before kissing his head and saying "I have to go now."

Jimin reaches for his father again but before he could the maids grabbed him.

Jimin's father watched them hold him back saying "I love you." Then turning to Yoongi with a weak smile saying "Take care of him for me."

Yoongi nodded and bowed saying "Have a safe trip sir." Then going over to Jimin to assist the maids.

Mr Park nodded before closing the doors behind him to go on his trip.

Jimin cried more trying his best to get out of everyone's grips hectically.

"It's okay. It's okay." The maids kept saying trying to calm him but all of it was futile.

Yoongi took a step back as the maids continues to struggle thinking about what he could do to help.

"Let go of him..." Yoongi said in a uncertain voice which got ignored as the maids struggled.

He sighed before raising his voice slightly, shouting "Let him go."

Luckily this times the maids heard, before Yoongi had to scream it, letting go of him letting Jimin run to the door.

Before Jimin could reach it Yoongi caught him in his arms holding him back with all his strength but not wanting to hurt him by restraining him too much.

"I-I don't w-want him too go." Jimin cried before collapsing into Yoongi's arms.

Yoongi hugged Jimin supporting him as he brought them both carefully to the floor.

Jimin cried as Yoongi tried his best to comfort him, playing with his hair and rubbing circles on his bath.

"He'll be okay Jiminie I promise." Yoongi said in a soft voice hiding the sadness from seeing Jimin so upset.

"H-he won't!" Jimin yelled holding Yoongi tighter.

Yoongi nodded his head over to the door of the maids to leave and they did leaving Yoongi and Jimin alone.

Once they left Yoongi started to softly hum a tune he remembered hearing Jimin singing one day when he fell over remembering how it calmed the younger.

He didn't know the words but remembered the tune so hummed it until Jimin eventually calmed down.

"What am I gonna do if he doesn't come back..." Jimin said in a broken voice.

"He will come back don't think like that. It's only a business trip." Yoongi attempted to reassure.

"I'm scared..." Jimin said quietly, almost in a whisper.

Yoongi spoke softly as Jimin tried to calm his breathing "Why are you scared Jiminie?"

Jimin's breath hitched before he began to speak sadly "He's all I have left... I don't want him to leave like mummy did... I don't want him to go through the same thing..."

Yoongi didn't know anything about why Jimin's mother wasn't around and didn't want to ask so never did but he quickly gained a understanding that whatever happened was related to travel.

Things began to piece together as Yoongi recalled how Jimin wouldn't get in a car or a carriage and would only go to places within walking distance making his understanding as to why Jimin was so scared.

"I don't know what happened Jiminie and I don't need to know to tell you that he will be okay... the trip is only so long because he is staying in another household not because of distance. He's a town away and the route is safe. I travelled it to get here. So please don't be scared about him not coming back because he will and he'll be fine."

Jimin finally looked up at Yoongi with his red puffy eyes.

Yoongi have his a weak smile before saying "I promise." Raising a pinky to Jimin.

Jimin took his pinky then getting up off the floor.

"I-I'm going to my room."

Yoongi nodded in response as Jimin ran up the stairs to his room leaving him sat on the floor thinking about what he could do to help.

Jimin was just a child but lost his mother in what appears to be accident, he's scared of losing his father the same way and is terrified of travelling - but he still somehow kept his ability to smile and Yoongi admired that and wanted to see that smile again.
