"Wait let me get a picture of you." I called after Au'lani before she got back in the pool. She came running back towards me, I snapped a quick picture then posted it on my snap. One of friends called her name making her run back into the pool.

I walked back to Melissa who was talking to one of the parents who had came. I sat down next to Melissa on one of the lawn chairs but they weren't paying any attention to me. I was watching the kids play in the pool until I heard something that caught my attention.
"Yeah my boyfriend is friends with NBA Youngboy." The girl Melissa was talking to said flipping her hair. I think her name is Kelly, I'm not sure.
Melissa gasped in shock getting excited. I don't know why she doing all that, she could be lying her ass off. "Yeah his name is Ben." Kelly added with a smirk. My eyes widen at the name she just said. She couldn't be talking about black Ben that had Asian eyes. I heard Kentrell became back friends with Three and nem a couple months ago he even mentioned them in a couple of his songs.
"You lying." I couldn't help but blurt. Kelly looked up at me before shaking her head no. " I swear I'm not I even have a couple of pictures with them." She pulled out her phone and showed us pictures of her with Ben and Youngboy.
"Damn so that's his child too." Melissa pointed at the boy that was in the pool. "No but he treats him like he's his own child." She shrugged her shoulders looking back down at her nails.
"You probably only using him for money." Melissa said making me shake my head this girl go no type of filter, "But who am I to judge. Secure that bag sis." Melissa added making me bust out laughing.
"So why not with yo mans?" Melissa asked being nosey. I rolled my eyes getting up to walk back in the house. I opened the door and walked into the kitchen to grab me something to drink. I grabbed a water bottle and unscrewed the top before gulping down some of the water.
"Leah." Somebody walked in the kitchen making me jump. I turned around only to see Jaden. Oh did I mention me and Jaden became close friends too? Scratch that out- I meant best friends. He even knows about Kentrell being my baby daddy so you can tell I really trust this boy. Every since that little date we had we just decided to be friends since we had too much going on. And plus he has a baby boy. "You scared me." I pulled his beard making him hiss.
"Ouch girl." He slapped my hand away making me laugh. He rolled his eyes leaning against the counter, "Aye you know that girl outside know Youngboy and them." He raised his eyebrows.
I nodded my head, "Yeah I'm finna kick her out cause you know I don't want nothing to do with Kentrell." I sighed. He stale faced me before saying, "You know you're wrong for hiding that man child-"
"Please. Let's not do this right now." I placed my hands over my ears so I couldn't hear anything he was saying while walking out the kitchen.
I walked back outside towards Kelly and Melissa with a fake ass smile on my face. Melissa looked at me already noticing the fake smile. "Hey I think Ben is outside." I placed my hand on her shoulder. She hopped up real fast grabbing her purse. She started running towards the door until Melissa stopped her.
"You're forgetting your son!" Melissa yelled. She turned around grabbing her son out of the pool handing him a towel out of her purse before walking out the door. I followed after them until she got to the front door. I opened it for her letting her out before locking it.
"You evil bitch." Jaden shook his head looking out the window. I pushed him over to look out the window too only to see Kelly looking around, looking lost as hell. After a while she noticed I lied before getting in her car with her son driving off.
I laughed loudly only to feel a slap on the back of my head. I turned around to see Jaden standing there with his arms crossed, "Why'd you do that?" I tilted my head before slapping him back.
"You gone stop hitting on me." I crossed my arms exactly like him. "Mhmm." I hummed walking away but I followed him. "Where's my nephew?" I asked referring to his son.
"He with NeNe and her mama today." He mumbled walking outside. NeNe was his baby mama. Me and her barely talked but all the times I was around her she seemed cool and laid back.
"Uncle Jayyy!" Au'lani yelled getting out of the pool running towards Jaden. "Miami!" He yelled back bending down with his arms opening picking her up and spinning her around making her laugh. Jaden always called Au'lani Miami for some reason ever since she was born and I'm not exactly sure why but I never asked.
I didn't know how to end this chapter but oh well. And I lied about this chapter being interesting🤦🏽♀️ I didn't mean to.
