Chapter 6

Lee Haejin surprises fans by appearing on a livestream on her birthday!

Yesterday, May 13, fans celebrated her birthday despite her being on hiatus. Members Yui, Eunji, Soeun, Xiurong, and Junghee went on live to cheer their fans up, saying that Haejin will be back soon.

Without the fans' knowledge, Haejin was standing behind the camera! She made her entrance when the members acted that they were shocked to see her.

Haejin Lee is rumored to return this year.

"Haejin-ah, I thought you didn't want to tell them yet?" Jeno asked.

She shrugged, "I can't stand them worrying about me. I miss them already." She smiled.

"Does Jaemin know about this?"

Silence.

She slowly turned her head towards Jeno, "He will know."

Haejin spent the rest of the day at SM. She was watching EXO rehearse for their special stage.

"Haejin-ah, I saw your live on the internet yesterday." Jongdae sat beside her.

"Live? What live?" Kyungsoo sat on her other side.

"When she finally announced that she's already awake." Jongdae answered.

"Jinjja? Really? I thought you don't want them to know yet?" Junmyeon interrupts.

She shrugged, "Well, I really missed our G-Angels, oppas. My brother told me that they have been waiting for me for months and I don't want to prolong their agony just how long I waited for—" She immediately stopped talking when she realized that she has been talking  nonstop and she was about to blurt out everything.

"Waited for what?" Chanyeol smirked.

Baekhyun stood in front of her, "Yeah, waited for what, Haejin? Or to be more specific, waited for whom?"

Aish, these two! Why am I even friends with them in the first place?! Most importantly, why do I consider them as my parents?!

"Wait, I got lost, what?" Junmyeon said, confused.

Haejin sighed, "Okay, fine. I don't want G-Angels to feel how I felt when he went on hiatus, okay?"

"Who exactly?" Jongin asked.

"Jaemin." Kyungsoo, Minseok, and Junmyeon answered in chorus.

"Ohhhhh" the other members said when they realized what she's talking about.

Yixing entered the room, "We have a meeting." He said.

"Who? Us EXO?" Junmyeon asked.

Yixing shook his head, "No. All of us SM Artists."

Haejin stood up, "Wait, what? This must be urgent. Wait—" Her phone rang.
