Chapter 6

She smiled at me. "Oh really? Then why was Pippa saying how you were saying that she was beautiful and smart and funny? Are you two dating?" She asked.

I blushed while rubbing my neck. "Aw, my Jack is growing up." She said. I scoffed and she laughed.

"We're not dating mom. At least, not yet." I murmured the last part and walked upstairs.

"I heard that last part!" She said and I couldn't help but smile as I walked into my room.

I already did the homework before I went to the diner with Pippa so I had nothing to do.

I started thinking about Hiccup. Oh crap. What'll happen tomorrow? Will he be angry with me? Will he hate Elsa?

I changed into a plain tee shirt and blue sweat pants. I got into my bed and turned off the lights. I stared at the ceiling until I eventually fell asleep, still thinking of how Hiccup will react.

The next day...

Today I woke up before the alarm clock could. I got off the bed and removed the alarm on my clock. I stretched and fixed my sheets. I went to my closet.

I pulled out white shorts and a light blue shirt that had a collar and reached to my elbows. The shirt was a little poofy and it was a button up.

I got my locket that was shaped in a heart that had a picture of me and Anna in it. The heart had little designs on it and a smaller heart in the center that was the same blue as my eyes.

I pulled out brown ankle boots that you tie like regular shoes. And socks.

I took a shower and put on the outfit once I dried myself and my hair.

I kept my hair down and ruffled it.

I quickly, but neatly did my makeup. I put on a white beanie and picked up my backpack.

I went downstairs to see my mom, and surprisingly my dad. "Dad? What are you doing here?" I asked as I put my backpack on the couch.

He sighed. "I know that you and Anna hate the fact that your mother and I are fighting. We hate it too. And I've been avoiding home lately. I want to say sorry to all three of you." He said and Anna walked downstairs.

She was wearing jeans that were dark green and a tank top that was pink that had a picture of a bow on it. She was wearing boots that were like mine but black. Her hair was in its usual two braids.

"Uh, what's going on here?" She asked. "I came to say sorry to the three of you. I've been the worst dad for awhile. Can you three forgive me?" He said and Anna's face softened.

I watched him carefully. I used to love him a lot. But since he's been avoiding us, not so much.

Anna walked next to me. She stayed quiet. I sighed. "It won't be that easy, dad. It'll take awhile for me to forgive you, I don't know about Anna and mom." I said and he nodded sadly.

I walked past the two of them and went into the kitchen. I took a granola bar and a water bottle and Anna did the same.

"Anna and I will just eat this at school." I said. Anna put the stuff in her bag and I got mine from the couch and did the same.

"Who's picking you up?" I asked. "My friend Belle." She replied and I heard a car horn come from outside. "And there she is now. See you at school sis. Wait, who's picking you up?" She said.

I heard a motorcycle outside and I smiled. "Jack." I replied. She laughed a little and we both walked past dad and went outside.

Anna got into her friend's car and drove off. I walked to Jack's motorcycle.
