I am a snow globe,
And you: a child shaking me with glee,
My pain: your amusement,
A collectors item, gotten from an arcade spree
'Cause my teary eyes bemused you,
Watching the waves crash against my eyelids,
As if my hazel eyes were shards of stars,
Floating amongst the glass my eyes had become,
Only seen when my whole world turned dark,
You watched my darkest times and held them with loving arms,
Shaking my core
Until you get b o r e d.
