Entering the Red Siren, Einar sees yohn at their usual table playing go fish with a few other guys, the circular table at the corner booth by the window at the farthest wall to the left, the widow showed the back road out of town and into the hills, perfect for an easy escape when a fight breaks out and playing cards.

Einar orders his usual drink from the Bar which is a cup of black coffee, he is told it will be brought to him at his table.

Yohn's card game ended when he took the last tree cards from the man seated across from him. "and there are the three, two, and jack I've been look'n for!"

"Great game guys! Now if you would please take your loss to another table, I have a date with the Hero."

The two men stand to move to another table and welcome Einar back and shake his hand before he sits down.

"aye!" says yohn with his slight Irish accent "your alive! Unless I died as well and only just realized it...that look on your face says my theory may be true."

Einar couldn't help but smile at this. " whats all this about? and sadly... you're not dead."

"Whats all this about?! I'll tell you!" Yohn takes his feet off the window cill and puts them under the table and leans into to whisper.

Einar leans in with him so he can hear.

"YOU WHERE RIGHT! about those FISHER MEN!" he yelled in Einar's ear

Einar swiftly reaches as fare out as the back of the booth would let him, but it still was not far enough from Yohn.

"EVERYONE is SO ASHAMED now! And some are EVEN, CALLING YOU A HERO! I, of corse, ALWAYS BELIEVED YOU! and even though YOU TOLD EVRY-" there was no sign of him stoping

Einar looked around and saw everyone was looking at them. "I'm honored, Really, could you stop Please!

Yohn took a final look around the room to spite everyone he made eye contact with, "Yeah sure, no problem, anything for the HERO!"

Einar kicked Yohn in the shin under the table "oye! what was that for?!" asked Yohn while grabbing his new bruise

"I know, the sharif told me everything and I don't want any attention right now or ever." replied Einar

"So no statue then?" yohn continues talking to air ignoring the fact that Einar is no longer listening but looking for his drink.

"Cuz it was going to be phenomenal! I mean really! have you wearing a cape, with a sword and fancy belt... make your chin a little fiercer though...You would get all the girls that way and-"

Einar cuts him off with "i don't need a statue to get girls"

"There he is!" smiles Yohn slapping Einar on the shoulder. "then why don't you have a girl friend already?! I know its not you looks mate."

"I don't have any interest in girls at the moment, I don't want the responsibility." Einar folds his arms on the table

"If you find the right one it wont be a "responsibility" it will be a... completion."

"Ok well that day I find the right one will be the day that you find the right one."

"Haha! You know me so well!" Yohn laughs and raises whats left of his beer.

"And besides, there are none here anyway! Just crusty old sea men."

"You got that right Einar! Heres to being alone! Wait wheres yours gone off to?!" Yohn sets his beer back down and looks under the table and on the floor.

"I haven't gotten it yet." Einar says looking over at he bar.

Yohn sits back down in his seat "Well, they sure know your here! I made sure of that! Haha" yohn downs the last few gulps of his beer and stands up with a little more sway then usual.

"iz got 'y " and he walks off to talk to the bar tender.

Einar takes this time to mentally go over for the hundredth time what happened earlier that day.

He looks out the window and a drop of water is dragged slowly from the top towards the bottom, until it became so small it couldn't go any further, more drops soon bombarded the glass panes as it rained, the widow turned into a race track and the windowsill is the finish line, some drops where faster then others, growing as they absorbed they're competitors, and when they had their fill would dart down to the finish line in a blink of boredom.

"I wonder what alderic is doing now." Einar wondered

Back at the light house alderic is stretching out his arms getting ready for something big and lot of movement.

"Probably something dangerous..."

Alderic sighs looking forward with regret "just another day."

"And messy..." Einar continues

Alderic puts on two rubber gloves and whispers under his breath

"I always hate this part..."

"Probably something bad..."

Alderic turns on a faucet and is filling something up, it's almost to its limit with water, the sound is pitching higher.

"I can only wonder..." Einar says pressing his nose against window. it feels good on his red face, the tavern is unusually warm tonight.

"The hardest part...the clean up..." Alderic sighs as he turns the water off and starts scrubbing at the cups he served to Einar when he was there, two white porcelain mugs with four simple green flowers painted evenly spaced around the sides.

"Man, he's not even dead and he's haunting me like a ghost." Einar says quite irritated resting his head on the back top on the booth bench.

"Whose haunting you?" Yohn is back with Einar's coffee and another beer.

"Oh... its nothing, Thanks man." Einar says racing for his coffee Yohn is handing him.
