My One and Only, Through It All

I can't wait to get out of school today, I finally get to go back to being Spider-man! I've missed it so much, people think I disappeared, which i technically did but, never mind.

I watch the clock all day, and finally it's 5 minutes until the bell. I pack up all my stuff and as soon as the bell rings I dash to Wanda's locker.

"C'mon, c'mon, hurry! I've gotta change and start soon!" I say at her while hopping up and down.

She laughs and shuts her locker, I stage her out to the car and we get in. Today, Tony let me drive one of his cars to school. It is seriously the coolest thing on earth. I get into the driver, seat and Wanda sits in the passenger. We sing and listen to songs on the way home, screaming the lyrics at the top of our lungs.

It takes us about 30 minutes to get home, I grab my Spider-man suit throw it on and hop out my window. When I realize I forgot something I dash back up the window as fast as I can and find Wanda leaning against my doorway.

She gives me a small smile, and I walk back up to her. I pull of my mask and smile. I put my hand on her shoulder and kiss her forehead, "I'm gonna be fine. I love you"

"I love you more," she says burying her face into my chest and wrapping her arms around me.

"Impossible, beautiful" I say, hugging her back.

I kiss her again and then climb back down my window.

I run and swing and feel so alive. I finally get to the city and the real show starts. I land on top of a roof and wait, just like before. I missed this so much.

By the end of the night I've accomplished a few things; I told off this man who was harassing this lovely woman, she reminded me of May. I stopped a convenience store from getting robbed, and saved a kid from getting hit by a car. It's around nine thirty when I hear fire truck sirens blaring in the distance. I follow them to the building going up in flames.

"Hey wait, that's MJ's building!" I look around and see MJ's mom and sister, no sign of her or her brother.

I dash inside, the firefighters try to stop me, but I don't.

"It's gonna fall!" one of them yells, but I don't care, my best friend is in there.

I kick down her door and yell her name, "Michelle!"

"Hello?!" I hear her yell.

I follow her voice to the back corner and see her brother unconscious, with her kneeling over him trying to wake him up. I pick him up and throw him over my shoulder. I grab her hand, "Hold on", I say.

I kick out the window and latch on to the building across the street, the building starts to fall, so I just jump. MJ starts to scream, and then to slip. I web around her waist and lower her to the ground, I do the same with her brother. By the time I'm done I'm about to crash into the building. I web a lamppost and swing back and forth until I can land on the ground. MJ runs up to me and hugs me so tightly.

"Thank you so much!" she says. I hug her back.

I smile under my mask, "No problem" I say in my normal voice and she steps back.

"I mean," I lower my voice, "No problem"

"Wait a second, Peter?"

I pull her into an alley and lift my mask. She gasps. "You can not tell anyone alright? If anyone finds out-", next thing I know her lips are on mine, and I kiss her back.
