We have all seen album covers, from appalling, to creepy, to downright grotesque. Whether it was Eddie being a constant feature on Iron Maiden albums or the multiple ghosts featured on Black Sabbath albums, they all left a lasting impression in our minds. At times they even kept us up at night covering in fear.
