"Mr Dhawan" Navya called as they ran to the living room only to see Manik and Arav standing behind Navya folding their hand with smrik on their faces

"Kya hal bana rakha hai mere ghar ka?" she said and started lecturing the two as Manik and Arav enjoyed the show

Nandini came there and saw the drama

"Navya, not only this two but all the four are equally involved" she said folding her hands

"Clean the living room" NavNi ordered and all the four were on work as both went away

Arav giggle taking everyone's attention who asked him What through geatures

"Mom was right you are afraid of her" Arav said and giggled

After half an hour the guys cleaned the living room and left to get shower, Nandini was in the kitchen preparing the lunch and Navya came out taking a shower and was helping Nandini now

Manik came in the kitchen to drink water, both NavNi saw him, Nandini contiuned her work and Navya took something and went and stand behind Manik

As Manik turned he chocked seeing Navya standing behind him a knife in her hand

"Kal raat kya karne wale the tum" she asked Narrowing her eyes

"Pagal ho Madhubala, heart attack dena tha kya!" Manik said wiping his mouth and keeping the bottle aside

"Hume sab pata hai" Navya said not budging still knife in her had as Manik avoid to look at her

"Agli baar aisa kuch kiya na tho gusa denge" she said acting to stab the knife at Manik who made a scared face and Nandini didn't interfere the Devar and his Bhabi also making a mental note of the fact that she has to talk to Manik on this topic

It was in the evening now Cabir and Manik were still at NavNi's house spending time with the kids

"So you want a ice cream cake" Manik asked Kavya who he made sit on his lap

"Par na wo red coller ka hona chahiye, blood jaise it's a monster theme party na" she said and Manik made a face

"Beta aap apne Mumma ki tarah ho bilkul same" Manik said and Kavya gave him a look

"Uske ek birthday par usne zoo theme raki thi, hume pura din animals ke costume mein nikalna pada" he remembered

"Wow! nice idea" Kavya beamed

"Stop putting ideas in her mind" Arav said as he was sleeping on the sofa

"Now I am confused hum konsi theme kare" Kavya said making the boys alert and glare at Manik

"Hum princess theme karte hai" Cabir said

"That was the theme last year" Arya said making ManBhir a bit sad but they choose to look forward instead of looking back

"Manik" came Nandini's sweet voice

"Yes" Manik said and looked at her properly

"I need your help" she said batting her lashes

"Tho Cabir will help you" Manik said as Arav and Arya looked at him

"Dude Jana" Cabir said, actually he didn't want to be with Nandini alone what if she turns him to a punching bag

"Tujhe pata hai this doesn't comes to her naturally" Manik said as the kids heard their conversation but Nandini couldn't

"Mujhe mamla gadbad lag raha hai" Manik said

"Mamla, yeh puri ki puri khud gadbad hai" he said earning a glare from Manik and kids

"Manik Challo na" Nandini said sweetly and he didn't know how to deny that

"Baccho" Cabir said taking all attention "Isse kehte hai" he said pointing at Manik "Khud ke pair par kuradi marna" he said making all laugh..

As soon as Manik entered the room he was pushed in and Nandini locked the door making Manik look around the place to run

"Aww Monster is scared" Nandini asked walking to him

"Nandini dekho please jo bhi hai baat karte hai na" he said walking backwards

"Oh yes" she said and stopped "Did you talked" she asked keeping hands on her waist "Tumne baat ki kisi se" she said

"Nandini kya bol rahi ho" he asked genuinely confused

"Tum kal raat kya karne wale the Manik" Nandini asked gritting her teeth making him shut

"Did you think of anyone before thinking to do such foolish thing" she said huffing

"Mom- Dad ka socha? Fab4 ka socha? Baccho ke bare mein socha? Mere bare mein socha" she said holding his collar at the last line

"Socha mere bare mein!" she said shaking him, sorry it was she who was shaking Manik stood like a mountain

"Kha lete sleeping pills ya poision tho uske baad mera kya? Humare bacchon ka kya?" she said and he looked at her this was the first time she referred the kids as their

"Nandini mein" he started

"Shut the fuck up" she yelled

"Where is the Manik I know, the one who never gave up, the one who is stubborn and the man with zest" she yelled again and this time everyone was standing in front of  the room

"Mom ke bare mein socha hai, seeing you like this unko Kitna hurt hua hoga" she spoke making him grace her

"Dad was so proud of you, gurur the tum unke"

"Tha Nandini tha!" It was Manik who yelled this time and Navya was going to take the kids away when Cabir stopped her

"Let them see how their parents support each other even when they are apart" he said making Navya look at him with awe
