The moment you came out of the box, the first thing you said was "Newt". That was all you could remember, not your own name, not anything else, just Newt and his face. You laid on the bed as Jeff and Clint did tests to make sure everything was alright.

It's only been 1 day but you three grew to be really good friends. They always made you laugh when you were sad and they knew about newt, the fact that he was all you could remember. You have never met him in person but still remember his face.

You were eating your food that Frypan gave when a few boys and a girl came in. "Hey I'm Alby, this is Chuck, that's Thomas, Teresa, Minho and....."

"Newt" "Y/N" you and Newt whisper at the same time.

Alby confusedly looks at you and then at Newt questioning him "Y/N????"

"That's Y/N, I remember her from my dreams" Newt says

'well that didn't sound creepy at all' you think to yourself as Alby asks you "Is that your name?"

"Umm I-" I shutter, nervous to speak when Jeff speaks for me "She can't remember her name but she does remember Newt, really well"

"Yeah a little too well" Clint says laughing as I playfully punch his arm.

"Well Y/N, considering that's your name, welcome to the glade, we'll give you the rest of the day to rest and then we can meet at the bonfire tonight" Alby says smiling as I slowly nod.

Everyone leaves, except Teresa and Newt. "Hey, I'm Teresa and I am so glad you're here cause I was the only girl here and now I finally have a girlfriend" she says laughing at the last part. "thank...nice to meet you"

"same here, well I'll see you tonight okay" she says leaving as Jeff and Clint leave too, giving me a thumbs up.

I roll my eyes at them as I see Newt walk up beside me and sit down on my bed. "I don't know how or why I remember you......o-or what relationship we had..I mean I can't even remember by own n-"

Newt cut me off as he kissed me, boy 1 day into the glade, all I heard you say was my name (if that was my name) and your kissing me.

I was about to push him off but his lips.....they were so soft and he was such a good kisser, he slowly moved his lips against mines as I started moving mines as well. He slowly wrapped his arms around my waist as I placed mines around his neck.

Suddenly, few minutes into the kiss he pulled away, placing both his hands on his forehead as he winced in pain. "Are you okay" I say playing my arms on his shoulder.

"It h-hurts..." he says in his British accent. 'omg boy has an accent' you internally screamed.

"Hey why don't you lay down" I quickly got up and laid him on the bed...running to grab Clint and Jeff.

Jeff and Clint came in and started inspecting him, "It seems like there's something wrong with his brain or head, somewhere in that area, we're gonna need to do a few tests to see what's really wrong" Jeff sadly states

"Can't you just give him some medicine now, he's in a lot of pain" you say quickly

"I'm sorry Y/N we can't give him anything until we figure out what's wrong" Clint says as he and Jeff start doing their tests.

You sat beside Newt holding his hands as he cried out in pain.

A few hours passed by and Newt's pain weakened, he was sleeping peacefully as you were still holding onto his hand.

"You like him don't you" Jeff says standing beside you, a huge smirk on his face.

"Uhhh what n-noo w-what do you mean" you shyly stutter.

"Listen y/n, we might've only known you for a 24 hours but still know you better than yourself" Clint says laughing.

The three of you continued talking more as you saw Newt move around, you jerked onto his side, still holding onto his hand, "Hey Newt, how you feeling" smiling at him as he looked at you.

His face went from confused to afraid to worried real quick. He squeezed your hand tightly as he started to cry. "w-we did i-it, it's our fault, w-we trapped ourselves i-in here, it's all our fault y/n everything, all these people trapped in the maze, its ALL OUR FAULT" he went on crying as you pulled him into a hug, calming him down.

"Hey look at me, just breath okay....in.....and out......good, now tell me slowly what happened"

"A few months ago I been getting these dreams. All I saw was this girl, you. In the dream, all you did was repeat your name. We were in this lab together and a lady would come up me and whisper 'kiss her'... over and over....day by day all I got was the same dream and the lady telling me to 'kiss her'.."

"when I saw you the other day, I couldn't believe it at first but then when I knew it was actually you and not a dream, I thought that maybe I should kiss you, that maybe the lady in my dream was talking about this moment. After I kissed you my head started hurting, really bad and I fainted I guess. I dreamt or saw this vision, the same lady said that it was done, that we got all the kids in the maze thanks to us, you and me were in this together, we were working for the people who trapped us in the maze and...." Newt finally stopped talking, broke down crying.

You were frozen, was it true, you did all this.....helped trap these innocent kids in this maze.

Just the thought of it made you cry.
