The next morning, Jeongyeon woke up earlier. While making her coffee, a sudden knock was heard, causing her to be in shock.

"Who's there?" Jeongyeon nervously said while holding her bat.

"Officer S-Son!!"

"Oh, Chaeyoung." Jeongyeon added.

The older opened the door.

"Why are you so early?" Jeongyeon asked.

"Oh— It's because I want to check you out." Chaeyoung said.

"Wahh, you creep." Jeongyeon replied.

"You should go inside now, it's freezing cold here." Jeongyeon commanded.

"Thanks." Chaeyoung smiled as she went inside.

Jeongyeon turned on the t.v.

"Want some coffee?" Jeongyeon asked.

"Sure." Chaeyoung replied.

"Soooo will you meet up with Ms. Im again?" Chaeyoung added.

"I think so because Chief Park will ask me to..." Jeongyeon replied.

"Awh, that's sick." Chaeyoung said.

"It's fine." Jeongyeon replied.

The two ate their breakfast together.

"Chief Park's calling me..." Jeongyeon added.

"Su— wait what? smol? what the—" Chaeyoung was cut off.

"Just wait me, we'll head to the asylum later." Jeongyeon said.

Jeongyeon knocked.

"Come in." Chief Park commanded.

"Good morning, Chief." Jeongyeon said.

"Have a seat." Jeongyeon nodded.

"So, how's your meeting with Ms. Im?" Chief Park asked.

"Ah— it was fine." Jeongyeon answered.

"Is she well behaved? or naughty?" Chief Park asked.

"She's well behaved. I couldn't believe that she's not that talkative." Jeongyeon replied.

"That's good to know, Officer Yoo." Chief Park said.

"You can go there now, I'm pretty sure she's awake now. Make her run into their field for her exercise." Chief Park added.

"S-sure. Thank you Chief." Jeongyeon bowed as she stood up.

"No problem." Chief Park smiled.

Jeongyeon went out of the office and saw Detective Myoui and Chaeyoung talking.

"Ehem, do I interrupt you guys?" Jeongyeon said.

"Uh— no, haha." Detective Myoui replied.

"Oh, Detective, good morning." Jeongyeon took Mina's hand and shook it.

"Good morning too." Detective Myoui replied in confusion.

"Chaengie, we need to go now. say bye bye to your girlfriend." Jeongyeon whispered to Chaeyoung.

"What? girlfriend?" Chaeyoung asked.
