Roman's POV

We heard the scream and immediately needed to get in there.
Deceit could be hurting him,
or worse
killing him.
Logan sprung up, looking at me.
"Roman, I need you to get as many bobby pins as you can. Virgil, get some papers." Logan rushed in speaking, going to his own room to get things.
I did as he instructed and waited for the other two to return.
Once they did, Virgil and I worked on writing a note to slide under the door while Logan tried to pick the lock.
then the scream bursted out again.
Virgil and I finished up and slid the note under, listening for any shuffling of feet or talking.
"Stay there or you know what happens." A voice hissed. We all knew it was Deceit.
The note was returned, but with another thing written on the bottom.
Stay away from here and leave us alone. We're fine as we are. Patton is safe with me :) -🐍
We all know it's a lie.
and we have to save patton.
who knows what deceit is going to do.
