Dice's Pov

About an hour ago...

I sighed and closed the door behind, there was one placeI knew I could go, but I still wasn't sure about being seen oh well if others hate me, so be it. I deserve it anyway I step into a old tavern "well if it isn't the renounced king" I glanced at wheezy "Hello to you too Wheezy" you take a seat next to him "I thought you'd be here" I sighed exasperated "so what's The Tipsy Troop up to, they planning on opening up a new bar?" Wheezy chuckled "I sure hope so, there are only two bars in inkwell isle and I'm banned from em both" he glanced at me "how are ya handiling it? I've been here for hours trying to clear my head." I think "I have a old home I've kept up with, I invited a companion there" wheezy smiles and a laughs "it's that gal you were talking with wasn't it? Smart one too." "And of course your guessing is as impecable as usual" his look hardens and he looks serious "you're hard to read Dice, and hard headed." That's true "I know." I had always been intrigued by (Y/N)'s personality she was kind but not soft, my feelings towards her hadn't happened overnight I always admired her from a far whilst keeping my harsh demeanor, and as he always has, wheezy saw right through me he joked but he understood me, one of my few "frienemies" he hated and worried about me, its really complicated. "Maybe you should have a drink and relax." I nod and wheezy orders for us both.

Your Pov

You walked along the carnival with Bepi and Dajimi chatting casually "I used to travel everywhere! It was amazing." Bepi seemed particularly interested in your travels "I've always wanted to do a traveling show!" Dajimi on the other hand seemed surprisingly quiet, he looked at you intently until you noticed, he looked away, you slow down and fall behind Bepi standing with Dajimi "I saw you before ya know." Dajimi looks surprised "you worked at the casino." It was more of a statement then a question but you nodded either way "I didn't have a choice. Hey Bepi! Know any place we could chill out at I need to talk with you both." Bepi nodded and led the way to a picnic table. You explain your past and everything that has happened up until you met them both "About Dice, he was really mean when I met him, bossy too, but you've known him longer. What's he really like?" Bepi smiled and looked at you. "Well he's not that bad, but...he's a bit dumb I mean c'mon are you stupid?" you slamed your hands down before pouting " Or...do you know you're cute..." Bepi nudged you with his elbow"Th-that is to say h-he's quite a gentleman..."you try to hide your blush."but yeah he's nice...that reminds me...he kinda kissed me and I dunno what to do." Your face is bright red and Dajimi is laughing under his breath as Bepi makes more implications "a-anyways I have to go." Bepi frowns "It is getting late...come by and see my show sometime!" You get up and walk off waving goodbye, you hope getting home won't be as awkward as that conversation...Nah it'll probably be worse.
