Author's POV

"Come in," Sehun stated as he heard the knocking sound. He lifted his face from the files and looked at Kyungsoo.
Kyungsoo bowed slightly before opening the file inside his arms.

"Sir, you have been invited to Mr Jang's company annual party," he stated, reading through the Sehun's schedule.
Sehun furrowed his eyebrows. "When is it?," he questioned.

"It's tonight at 8pm, and will be held at Empire Hotel," the elder responded the question.

Sehun nodded slowly. "Do I have any schedule for tonight?," he continue asking.

Kyungsoo shook his head. "No, Sir."

"Okay, ask Chanyeol to meet me first," Sehun demanded, he needed to make sure first before he could decide on anything.

Kyungsoo nodded before bowing down and walked out of Sehun's room.

Soon, few minutes later, Chanyeol knocked the door and went in after hearing Sehun.

"Yes, do you want to meet me Sir?," Chanyeol questioned as he just went in, looking at his younger boss.

Sehun put down his pen and focused on Chanyeol's face. "Do I have anything for tonight?."

Chanyeol frowned before opening the file that he had been holding since just now.

He looked up at Sehun. "No, Sir."

Sehun nodded, as hearing that from Chanyeol. "Tell Kyungsoo that I will attend the annual party tonight."

Chanyeol slightly nodded, bowing down before walked out of the room. "Yes, Sir."

Sehun was really different when he was working, he would be professional and would treat even his brother professionally.

The young man sighed, rubbing back of his neck as he felt tired.

He glanced at his cell phone to see the time and it was already near 5pm. Well he still had plenty of times to find an outfit.

Sehun huffed before standing up from his chair, ruffling his black hair. He snatched his cell phone and car's key.

His long legs brought him to the new luxury car he just bought. He really did buy a new one just like he said.

Few minutes later, he arrived at the shopping mall to find an outfit for tonight.

He didn't know why but he really wanted to be prepared tonight.

After done with the shopping, he went out and got into his car.

"Will he be there tonight?," Sehun muttered, and you probably know who was he talking about.

Suddenly Kai crossed his mind, Sehun was thinking if the Kai might go to the party tonight.

Of course Kai was invited right?

"Sehun, why are you thinking about him?," he snorted in annoyance. Shaking his head furiously as he kept on remembering about Kai.

He exhaled deeply before continue to focus on his driving.

Finally, he arrived at his big mansion, he parked his new car inside the garage outside of the house.

Sehun stepped out of his car, walking into his house.

He glanced at his wrist watch, and found out it was already near 7pm. He sighed, walking into his bedroom.

His hand removed the coat from his body, putting it onto the bed before laying himself down.

"I'm so tired," he mumbled, closing his eyes for few seconds to rest himself.

He suddenly opened his eyes as he remembered that he needed to attend the party tonight.

Sehun was about to strip off and took a shower but his cell phone suddenly rang.

He furrowed his eyebrows before picking up the call. "Yes?."

"Sehun, you are not sleeping right?," Sehun glanced at the caller's name and it was Chanyeol who was calling him.

He sighed. "No Hyung, if I am sleeping how can I be answering your call?," he replied with a rolling eyes.

He could hear Chanyeol's chuckling from the aside.

"Yeah, just wanna make sure you are not going to be late for tonight," Chanyeol chuckled lightly, teasing his younger boss.

Sehun snorted.

"It's not like I always late right?."

Chanyeol only replied with a loud laugh and it honestly hurt Sehun's ear.

"H-Hyung?," Sehun suddenly cut off Chanyeol's laughing.

Chanyeol frowned. "Yes, what is it?."

Sehun was unsure whether to ask Chanyeol or not about this but he was curious and he needed to know.

"W-Will Kai go tonight?," he finally asked, exhaling deeply.

Chanyeol remained silent for few seconds before Sehun could hear the elder was chuckling.

He was really sure the guy was smiling teasingly.

"Why do you want to know and you don't notice that you are just calling him by his name?," Sehun rolled his eyes playfully, he knew he would be tease again.

"I'm just asking and no I'm not!," he exclaimed before quickly cut off the phone call.

He sure Chanyeol was laughing so hard right now.

Sehun sighed deeply. What was going on with himself?

Sehun came out from the bathroom with his wet hair and his body wrapped in the bathrobe.

He went into his wardrobe to get change to the suit he just bought at the mall just now.

It was already near 8pm.

Sehun changed into the suit and looked at his own reflection in the wide mirror inside the room.

His lips curled up to curve a smile, feeling satisfied to see his appearance in the new suit.



Sehun was wearing an all black suit, with a black shirt inside. His black hair was styled. (A/n; his appearance in music bank today was really handsomeeeeeee!)

He looked the reflection from the last time before walking out from the room.

Sehun saw the car was already ready im front of his mansion, he got in and the car moved to the place.

"You look really stunning tonight!," Chanyeol turned his back to compliment Sehun's appearance.

Sehun smiled smugly. "I know, Hyung," and Chanyeol could not help but to scoff.

"Why are you asking about Kim Kai just now?," Chanyeol suddenly asked suddenly and that made Sehun annoyed.

Sehun huffed. "I just wanna know, Hyung!."

Chanyeol chuckled.

"But I'm not sure whether he will be coming or not, as I know he is in China right now," Chanyeol said, and Sehun didn't know why he felt dissapointed.

He was all dressed up tonight so that he could see Kai-

"Wait! What am I talking about!?," he snapped, shaking off the thought from his mind.

But still, he felt a little dissapointed. That was just a normal feelings right?
