MERIDA

It's the second day of school already. So for lunch, Jack, Rapunzel and I were in our secret place. The place we always hang. Jack was leaning against the school wall carving a question mark looking stick, while Rapunzel was fixing her hair, carefully weaving it into a braid.

"Hey!" Jack suddenly said.

"What?" Rapunzel froze, looking up

"Where's Hiccup?" Jack asked. "Has anyone seen him?"

"I dunno, he should be here any minute." I answered. I if course spoke to soon. Just as I said that Hiccup walked into our little alley slowly. He didn't look happy.

"Hiccup, what's wrong?" Jack asked him.

Hiccup sat on the cement ledge where Jack was then sighed. "Nothing is wrong." He yawned. I could tell he was lying.

"Hiccup?" the three of us said in unison to him.

He looked up. "Guys, I'm fine. I'm just a little tired!"

"Why?" Rapunzel asked him.

He looked away. "I was up 'till midnight, but that's not an important subject," he grumbled, moving his hair away from his eyes.

"I have something to talk about!" Jack suddenly announced, making Hiccup jump.

"What?" Hiccup asked with a cross tone, as he looked up, sitting back down.

"The new girl!" Jack replied.

"Elsa?" Rapunzel asked.

"Yeah, the one that trampled Hiccup!" Jack added with a snicker.

"She didn't mean to! If it means anything, I probably scared the shit out of her." Hiccup snapped in defense.

"Uh, yeah, sure... I feel there's something up. She's really quiet!" Jack said.

"And so was Hiccup before the Big Four got together, people change!" I said somewhat standing up for Elsa.

"Yeah, you guys have made a Monster out of me." Hiccup claimed, rolling his eyes. "Either way, Elsa's actually a sweet girl. She's my partner for our science class,"

Rapunzel smiled faintly. "You just gotta' give her a chance, Jack!"

Jack shook his head. "I still think she's hiding something!" He said.

Hiccup gave him a look. "You think everyone's hiding something, Jack!"

"Yeah, you thought I used hair extension," Rapunzel pointed out.

"Who else has hair THAT long!" Jack proclaimed. "I really thought it was fake!"

"And you thought I was a spy from Scotland," I tell him.

"... I can't explain that one..." Jack muttered then looks to Hiccup.

"AND you thought Hiccup was some crazy scientist that was going to take over the world because he's smarter then all of us." Rapunzel added.

Jack laughed a little, rolling his eyes. "Who wouldn't think he's an evil scientist. I mean, he was able to make some Tesla coil thing out of... Whatever he made out of in a day." Jack finished.

"Still, you can't go assuming Elsa has a secret!" Hiccup told him. "Everyone is different."

Jack stated silent, looking to each and everyone one of us. "Fine, I admit she's nice, but I'm not interested in her," he says giving a flirty look to Rap.

"Then why don't she join our group?" I ask.

Hiccup pauses as does Jack, who scoffed a little. "Are you serious?" Jack started.

"What's wrong with that?" Hiccup asked.

"I said she's nice, that doesn't mean she can join our group!" Jack hissed.

"Who said you decide. We're a group!" Hiccup narrowed his green eyes.

"Yeah, just because you act like the leader, doesn't mean you are!" Rapunzel added.

"If anything it's Hiccup!" she added on out of  nowhere

"What no!" Hiccup turned, narrowing his eyes. "I'm not the one to make the decisions. It's a group effort!" He snapped.

Jack sighed loudly. "She's better as the outcast!"

Hiccup narrows his gaze. "Now that's just insulting! How could you say that?" He asked, his voice shaking.

"Why?"

"Before The Big Four, Hiccup was the outcast, stupid!" I mentioned.

Jack looked to Hiccup. "Well he's not now, Elsa is!"

"There's no problem with her being part of our group. Frosty just doesn't like her," Rap added.

"It's not that I don't like her, I think she's hiding something!" Jack sniffed.

"If someone breaks her shell and proves she's got nothing secret, then will you accept her?" I ask.

"... Sure, I guess." Jack answered with a huff.

"But who can do that. I barely know her, Rapunzel doesn't know her and Jack... I don't think that's a good idea." I say.

Jack looked to Hiccup. "What about Hiccup. They're already friends, and she seems to like him and trust him." Jack suggested.

"What? Why me?" Hiccup asked madly.

"Jack does have a point, for once," Rap started.

"You seem to know her more then any of us," I finish.

He sighed. "It doesn't feel right lying to her though. I don't lie." He said.

"Please, Hiccup," Rapunzel begged him.

Hiccup stayed silent for a moment. His gaze went to Jack, Punzie then to me. Hiccup finally sighed giving in. "Okay fine, but I still don't think it's right,"
