RK800//Connor x Reader

Connor knocked and patiently waited for a reply from you....nothing. He huffed quietly and called your phone, just to hear it ringing from the inside. Immediately thinking the worse he pounded against your door before forcing it open, all he saw was the blood. He couldn't even bother finding the source when he rushed to you to check your pulse. Relief washed over him once he realized you were just unconscious. He almost thought there was a break in based on the state of your apartment from when you junked it but when he saw the blood trail leading from the picture frame to you he figured you'd done this solely by yourself. He frowned before scanning you. He quickly took a look at the cuts in your foot, noticing a very large one that was still bleeding profusely. He hurried to the kitchen to wet a rag before bringing it back and wrapping your food to maintain the bleeding. He picked you up which finally brought you to some state of consciousness. Your vision was blurry but you could make out the yellow LED, you layed your head against his chest. You couldn't tell if it was real or not at the moment, all you could feel was the shooting pain in your foot.
"Connor..?" his name softly shot from your lips

He opened the door as he held you before putting you over his shoulder to carry you better,
"Don't worry, It's me Y/n. I'm gonna take you to the hospital so you can get your cut stitched up." he spoke

"Okay..." You pressed your cheek against his shoulder, letting a few tears of relief wash your cheeks. Finally he got down to Hank's car where he opened the passenger door and gently laid you down inside.

After finally getting sutures and the glass pulled from your foot they gave you a check up and prescribed medication for pain and to combat any possible infections. Connor drove you home and everything was silent, he carried you to your apartment and sat you on the couch. You watched him as he went to clean up the glass,
"What are you doing?"

"I'm cleaning up--"

"Connor, you don't have to do that.." you let a shaky breath escape you and he noticed that, he quickly came to sit beside you.

"What's wrong? Why'd you do that to yourself?"

"I didn't mean to I was just so angry and sad, I was just feeling so lost and alone."

"Why? What happened, did Gavin hurt you?!"

"No, my 'sister'....she said I'm no good. She says I'm a bad person." you want to cry again

"She's ignorant. You're amazing and kind--maybe the most beautiful person I know," he smiles as he holds your hands, "Besides Hank.." he jokes

You weakly laugh, "You're right, Hank is pretty beautiful."

He quietly chuckles, "Y/n....I love you...in fact I'm in love with you. If you don't feel the same I'll still be here for you, I always will be. I just need you to know....I have strong feelings for you."

You smile but shake your head in disbelief to actually hear him say it,
"I--Connor I don't know if--"

"Can....I kiss you?"

"I...I--" you don't know what to say considering you don't want to cheat on Gavin but you know that it will clear things up.

He moves his hands to your cheeks to hold your face, he leans in closer and you feel the warmth of his mouth near yours. It surprises you that you can feel it, he makes sure you're okay with this before inching closer and bringing his mouth against yours. His lips softly collide with yours amd you feel something spark inside you, you're not sure what it is yet. Connor deepens the kiss and you lean into him, his hands move;one to the back of your neck and another to the small of your back. It feels much different than any kiss you've experienced , you can't tell if it's because he's not human ot if it's because the feelings you hide inside yourself. You break the kiss quickly when you hear your phone vibrate on the coffee table,
"Y/n.." the android breathes your name, hungry and greedy

"I have to answer it." you pant and look at the caller ID, your stomach drops at the sight of Gavin's name. You quickly put your phone down, "What am I doing? I'm such an idiot, I'm such a bad person--"

"Y/n--" he puts his hand on your back but you pull away

"Connor. I'm confused, I don't know what to do but I can't be with you right now; it's not fair to Gavin..."

"I know. I'm sorry for clouding your judgement."

"It's not your fault...it's nobody's. I'll see you tomorrow."

"Okay.." he weakly smiles at you before leaving

You let a frustrated sigh escape your lips as you pull a pillow over your face;falling against the couch.
