Why him? (Princibaldi Au: Mute/Deaf!Baldi x Strict!Principal)/Complete/

Me and File waited at the waiting area, waiting for answers.

I was a mess. I was crying so much that my face was fully red. My hair wasn't even fixed as my daily hair, it was a mess. File was also crying, but my mine was worst than his.

Another person was coming toward to us. It was Sweeps.

"I came soon as I heard!" He said. He has puffy red eyes. He was also crying.

"I-is.. Baldi.. what.. what happened?" He asked.

"He fainted on Adrian's arm as he was coughing badly until he heard Baldi's breatheness was getting shorter." File answered. Which made me cry even more.

"Will he..." Sweeps wanted to ask something, but it just made me even worst.

"OF COURSE!! HE WILL FUCKING SURVIVE!!! YOU BOTH KNOW I CAN'T TAKE WHEN HE WILL... He will.." I said as I started to cry even more. They both looked at me, both shocked.

My voice cracked as I couldn't handle the sobs coming out my mouth.

"P-prince...y-y-your n-not t.. the onl.. only one.." File said weakly and started to sob again.

He curled up into a ball while he was crying

3rd POV

While Adrian and File were crying, Sweeps started also to let out his emotions, but try to hold back.

He tries to think that Baldi could survive... if he could..

He went near to the two men who are both starting calm down.

He tried to speak a word but he is nervous. But he's ready to say it.

"G-guys.. calm dow-down, Baldi cou-could be j-just.. need re-rest.." he said as he rubs the two men backs.

But since he couldn't hold much more longer, he started to let out soft sobs while comforting the two men.

//3 week later//

Its been 3 weeks since Baldi was in a coma. The doctors figured out his symptoms that it was a major disease.

It's called
" pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcaniosis"

It was said that "the Silicosis is lung fibrosis, a condition involving hardening or scarring of the lung tissue and consequent loss of lung function. It has been proven to be a direct consequence of the inhalation of silica dust over long periods, the effect of which continues to develop long after exposure has stopped. The disease is progressive, irreversible and debilitating, often leading to premature death. Initial symptoms include severe shortness of breath, severe cough, appetite loss, fatigue, fever, chest pains and cyanosis (bluish skin).

Prince knew little bit about this but he knew Baldi never went to a construction building or any cite that is under construction. But some of the doctors confirmed that it was through air.

Since it was rare, Baldi was the one who got  got infected. Adrian didn't because the doctors said that maybe Baldi went to a dusty place or some specific place.

Adrian got depressed but he hoped Baldi will be better soon.

As Adrian entered the room, he saw his one and only beloved husband on a stretcher.

Adrian didn't have his stern look, he only show a blank and a gloom look. He brought some flowers and snacks as he was wearing a white shirt, dark blue coat, dark grey pants and black shoes. And his hair was normal or its daily look. He knew Baldi would dislike his messy hair, even tho, he was the one who made Prince's hair messy.

Adrian sighed and went near and sat near to Baldi.

He put the flowers on the vase and softly rubbed Baldi's hand.

Baldi's skin color wasn't the healthy one, it was slowly turning pale. But Adrian knew this, as long Baldi was breathing, has his heart beat monitor and still could hear him, he would be fine. But it still worries Adrian.

As time passes, Adrian started to remember all of the memories while they were still young.

He also remembered how he and Baldi became friends and best friends, him trying help Baldi to confess love to Susan/even it fails/, him fighting File and Sweeps for Baldi's love (in a comedic and friendly way), him always comforting, cuddling, loving, kissing... all of the love he gave to Baldi... it was the only best he did to him.

It was also the reason why he changed his attitude. It was because of Baldi's kindness... he love him.. no.. not only him... but everyone..

But now, Baldi is here trying to recover and Adrian.. was still fighting back his tears...

He thought...

What if Baldi didn't  make it?...

If he didn't..

No...

He wanted Baldi to be okay and wake up.

He count to 3 in his mind.

He breath in and said..

"Baldi..."

And the Monitor shows a straight line.. a long and loud noise was heard....
