[ I'm trying to finish part two before the end of the weekend. That way it can possibly make up for the wait on the next update lol. I'll try my best to post Tuesday or Thursday!]
[edit #2 I didn't finish on Sunday lol]I began to eat my breakfast and let my mind wander again...
After I ate my breakfast, I cleaned my plate and the mess my mom had left. I decided to head back upstairs before heading out. I grabbed my black and magenta checkered bag, placing a sketchbook and a pencil case in it, along with my water bottle, and my keys. I grabbed a pair of black ankle socks and put them onto my feet one at a time. I then grabbed my white vans, sliding into both of them. I hopped off my bed and grabbed a grey jacket, tying it around my waist. As I walked out of my room, my head started to throb. "These damn migraines!" I thought to myself angrily. I marched downstairs into the kitchen once more to take a pain killer. Then I headed out the door, locking it.
I looked at the trees as I walked down the cracked sidewalk. The trees weren't full of life. However, maybe that's just Nockfell and its dark and gloomy atmosphere. I've lived here all my life, and I can't say I've ever been too involved with the history of this town. All I can say is, normal people would not dare look near this town if it benefited them. I walk closer towards Addison apartments, taking note that there were no police cars outside of the building. Huh, maybe they just left already? I shrugged, and approached the entrance of the building. There were guards in the lobby, but I easily walked past them making my way towards room 103. This was Mr. Addison's apartment. I didn't know of many people who have lived in this building besides him. He used to be dear friends with my uncle before he skipped town, or so that's what everyone had told me. I knocked on his door, "Mr. Addison?"
He opened his mail latch suddenly as you didn't expect it. "Y/N? Is that really you? Why are you here?" His voice quivered. I gave him a reassuring smirk until I asked, " I heard that a woman named Mrs. Sanderson got murdered on the third floor. What's with that?" He slammed his mail slot shut and shrieked, " SORRy! Can't TALk ANYmORe!" I squinted and stared at the mail slot in disappointment as if it were him. I sighed and pressed the up button on the elevator until it opened. I eventually got to the third floor, I walked into the hallway to see a tall officer staring at me. Intimidated, i back up and fall onto something? No, someone. I got up and dusted myself off in order to help the other person up. I looked up and- a boy with bright blue eyes glared at me, his pigtails making him look a little less scary. "I-I'm sorry dude- I uh.." I held out my hand only for him to get up on his own. My eyes grazed over his mask, and he said "It's okay. By the way it's not a mask, it's a prosthetic." I offered him a smile. "What's your name?" I asked. "Sal Fisher, what about you?" You rubbed your arm and said, "(Y/N) (L/N)."
You looked at the taped up room down the hall. "That's where it happened huh?" I looked at him while he nodded. "Wait, you don't live here do you?" He asked me tilting his head while sticking his hands in his jean pockets. "No I don't, I live in those weird houses down the street. Just a couple houses down from the abandoned one." He chuckled. "So we're a tourist spot now?" I shook my head giggling...[sorry guys! I had to cut it off a little short!
