Optimus x Reader

Once the chair was at the window, you took a seat and placed your elbows on the windowsill with your head in your hands. The moon was full as the light covered the land out side the town. You had a pretty good view of outside the town which was good since it relaxed you.

The stars that splattered the night sky was glowing bright along with the moon. You did a small smile as you took in the sight. You were different then most kids, most kids would get up in the middle of the night and play on their phone while you just starred outside the window most of the night. Good thing it was summer break meaning no getting up early and no bullies.

You got up and opened the window to feel the night breeze that smacked you. Your hair blew slightly as you took a deep breath. All the stress that you had seemed to leave as you did a small smile and closed your eyes.

The bad thoughts you had of your father seemed to leave as good thoughts started to fill your mind. Your smile got bigger as you took another deep breath of fresh air. Nothing could ruin this moment, you thought.

That is until you felt the floor shake. You opened your eyes and looked at the floor with confustion. "What the heck?" You asked yourself as you looked back outside.

Your eyes widen as you leaned out of the window to get a closer look. There out in the distance, you could see two huge figures who looked like they were fighting. You continued to lean out the window, just to make sure you weren't just imagining it. That is when they went in front of the moon. Your mouth dropped open as you starred at the fighting creatures.

"Night creatures, they're real." You whispered out.

You squinted your eyes as you were bewildered. As they fought, it shook the house rapidly. You tried to fight the curiosity to go out and see what they were.

What if they killed you, they look huge. You scoot the chair back as you started pacing around the room.

"If I go out there, I will know what they are and tell everyone that they are not mythological creatures or I could go out there and die. I mean I could always stay here." You said as you went back to the window.

You saw one of the creatures stab the other one with a sword type thing. You cringed as your eyes widen when you heard what sounded like an agonizing scream and it sounded almost...robotic.

"Ohhh, what would dad do, what would dad do?" You kept asking yoirself as you banged the side of your head with your fists.

The ground shook harder as you saw the creature that got stabbed fall to the ground. You could hear it go quiet as the other one went to the fallen one and stepped on its chest area. You could hear mumbling, but couldn't hear what they were saying.

"I want to go see what it is but..." You mumbled.

Right after you said that, the creature that was not injured looked towards you with blood red lights. You yelp as you quickly ducked underneath the windowsill, praying to God it didn't see you.

You were shaking and you could feel the color drain from your face. You started looking around the room when you spotted your tennis shoes by your bed. You stopped shaking as you could hear your dad's voice inside your head.

"I know that all people are not good people, but you should still help them anyways. Even if it was a dragon caught in a trap, you should still help it. Now, remember this (Y/N), even if you are scared, A strong man stands up for himself, but a stronger man stands up for others. You just need to gather yourself up and go out there. I know very well that I raised a pretty good kid." You father said.
