Ein X Reader

We peeped our heads and saw a small glass jar of honey on the doorstep with a small cardboard card stuck onto it. We walked towards the jar and bent down to pick it up, while Kawaii~chan checked for anyone in the street if they were the one that put it down. We then closed the door and went back to the kitchen, we investigated it just in case if it was any suspicious or dangerous thing inside the jar. But nothing seems to be off about it, we took off the card that was stuck by sticky tape onto it. It didn't seem to have a name or signature, so it came from unknown person. It couldn't be from someone we knew cause we never said anything about hanging out for a sleepover.

~I like honey on my cupcakes~ said the note in fancy writing, Kawaii~Chan suddenly started screaming which gave me a fright. She giggled at me cause I haven't figured it out yet, she patted me on the head and took the jar of honey out of my hold and held it up.

" I think someone might have answered your question Y/N~Chan " Kawaii~Chan said proudly.

I was still confused on what she meant by that, I took a deep thought until I realized what she meant. He answered what we were trying to figure out for our cupcake recipe. Ein, he answered, I can't believe he answered. A huge smile appeared know my face, we continued on our work exciting to use the free honey we got. As we took out a batch, left it on the cooling rack to cool down. We put on frosting and Kawaii~Chan decided to drizzle the sweet honey and topped it with a piece of chocolate. I took a cupcake and took a bite of it, the balance of flavor and sweetness. Kawaii~Chan also had the same reaction as me.

" We have to do this for our baking sake for baking class soon " She gave me a big grin. I nodded my head at her statement.

As the kitchen was in tip top shape we walked to her bedroom with was filled with frilly pink girly stuff, I admired the stuff that she was able to have, she tries and give some of her toys to me but I was declined her requests. She set up a bed made by blankets and pillows, we changed into pajamas and sat down to chat until we tucked ourselves and fell fast asleep.

Days have past since the sleepover and today was the day for the bake sale, Kawaii~Chan and I and other students have been working off our butts off to make as much cupcakes as possible as the time runs by, we only have half and hour to make a lot of batches. I would be the one to decorate while Kawaii~Chan would mix the ingredients and bake them. The time was done, we all stopped on what we were doing, we high-fived on each hand and took off our aprons and washed our hands. We took our cupcakes to our set up tables with table cloths on top next to other students and displayed them neatly and showing off their beauty.

When setting up our stall, we got handed boxes that can either fit four, eight or twelve cupcakes by the teacher who was running this bake sale, we stuck up a sign on what our cupcake were called as we waited. The bell rang as we finsihed decorating, students were walking all over the place with them going to the prefered cupcake flavour tables. A pretty small girl smiling happily walked to us looking at our cupcakes. Kawaii~Chan smiled back at her as she spoke with the other three behind her. They don't look our age but a few year older than us, but they seemed nice and generous people.

" Hello, my name is Aphmau and these people here are friends of mine, this is Travis, Dante and lastly Katelyn, um can we please get eight of those cupcakes "

I nodded and picked up a box that can fit 8 cupcakes and place them in and closed it with the lid and tied it with a cutesy pink ribbon and handed it to them as they payed and left. We were hoping for the guy that suggested with putting honey on the cupcakes would come and buy some and so we can also thank him. But as a result no one admitted that it was them.

As lunch almost came to an end, our cupcakes got good feedback and how we should sell these at the school cafeteria, Kawaii~Chan and I were exhausted just standing behind the stall the whole time and communicating with other students as its not something I'm use to doing. We decided to clean up as we took down the signs and table cloth and folded it and cleaned up any mess.

We only had one cupcake left on the cleared table, no one was around since the bell just rang thoughout the school, it was really empty knowing that no one was going to buy our last cupcake so we just kept on cleaning, I felt a strange present around us but couldn't see anyone that was out of place but the feeling wouldn't leave my gut. I stared at Kawaii~Chan as she didn't feel the same way that I did. I felt paranoid, and just looked side to side frequently as I still felt the strange aura. As I look up to our table as we were going to return it I went to see nothing but money and a few cupcake crumbs left. Kawaii~Chan and I looked confused and shocked. Another note was left as we knew who it was from, from the same person that gave us the honey jar comparing to the very fancy handwriting.
