Avatar the Last Aribender: Frozen

I followed Toph, Sokka and Aang to the bunker. Fast careful and lucky as Sokka put it. When we reached the Lava river Toph got on with me Sokka with Aang and we flew over.

Toph had me assist her in metal bending the door. Considering it as practice as she put it. I laughed when we found a guy who just gave the fire lords door away, taking a deep breath when we reached the door. It just wasn't who we were expecting. It was so much worse, it was Azula. I knew we should have pulled back when we had the chance. "Where is he? Where is the fire lord?"

She stood had extended to us. "You mean I'm not good enough for you? You're hurting my feelings."

Sokka stepped forward sword pointing to her. "Stop wasting our time and give us the information. You're powerless right now, so you're in no position to refuse."

Toph spoke up next. "And stick to the truth. I'll be able to tell if you're lying."

Azula didn't seem to be all that troubled by this fact. "Are you sure? I'm a pretty good liar. I am a four hundred foot tall, purple platypus bear with pink horns and silver wings." My jaw almost dropped. She was obviously lying but she was pretty good at hiding it. 

Toph took a moment of pause before answering. "Okay, you're good I admit it." That didn't keep her from creating a stone cage around Azula though. "But you really outta consider telling the truth anyway." My eyes narrowed, we weren't the only ones in the room. My attention quickly turning away from Azula to the others in the room.

The stone holding Azula in place exploding as she dusted herself off. "When I left Ba Sing Se, I brought home some souvenirs. Di Lee agents." Two agents fell from the roof blocking our path to Azula. Aang threw a wind blast at them but got blocked by a stone wall.

This meant we had to figure a way to take them out first or try and find where the Fire Lord really was. We dodged attacks but this was wasting a lot of time. As for Azula she was rather light in her feet. I felt like the cat chasing the mouse, only this mouse was a rat. Sokka finally came to the same conclusion I had meaning. Azula was just buying time until the day of black sun ended.

She placed her hands on her hips. "Not true. I'm giving it my all." Talk about a blatant lie. She might not feel like she is lying but she gets this snobby tone when she lies. I noticed that much. 

Toph seemed to finally come to this realization. "You're trying to keep us here and waste all out time." Now that the cat was out of the bag we really should have gotten a move on. Azula was bating us, trying to get us to continue the chase. It almost didn't work, it was working until she brought us Suki. Sokka's girlfriend. This wasn't necessarily a lie. If anything it was more than likely just an embellishment on the truth. 

Sokka lost control of his emotions and ended up taking the bait. Azula was going to use this against him but Toph acted as soon as we saw the weapon drop into her hand. Azula's hand now pinned to the wall with Sokka asking where his woman was. 

We knew that trying to make her talk wasn't going to happen, but at this point, I was starting to question what was going to happen. The eclipse was going to be over soon, and there was going to be no way for us to find Ozai before it ended. And before I could warn them.. Azula noticed. "Oh, sounds like the fire bending's back on. Just like that Azula was attacking us. "Dad's all the way at the end of the hall, then down a secret stairway on the left. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to see you now."

I turned back to the group, wondering what we were going to do now. "I fell for it. I used up all our time." I noticed how disappointed Sokka sounded, honestly I couldn't blame him. I have felt the same before.

"It's not your fault Sokka. Azula was ready for us." Toph made a point, but we should have been ready for Azula as well. Knew that she would have something planned. For this I blamed myself. When I noticed it was her, I should have done everything in my power to make sure she didn't get any of that information. "She had every move planned out."
