"Is lavender my color?" Angela questioned as she looked at herself in the mirror.

"I like it," Jessica said with a cheeky smile. "I liked that dusty rose one, too."

Hayley finished changing into the red dress, smiling at herself before walking out of the dressing room. "What do you think?" She asked, spinning around.

Angela gasped. "You look beautiful," she told her with a smile.

Jessica smirked. "See, I told you red was your color," she said.

"Yeah?" Hayley asked, walking over too look in the mirror. "Maybe I will go to prom."

"Yay!" Angela cheered.

"Okay, I like this one," Jessica said as she looked at herself in the mirror next to Hayley. "It maybe my boobs look good."

A group of men walked by the window of the store, banging on the glass and catcalling the three teens. "Nice," one said, making Hayley quickly raise her middle finger to the man.

"Oh, God," Angela said, turning away from the window.

"That is uncomfortable," Jessica said.

"That's disgusting," Bella mumbled.

"Bella, what do you think?" Jessica asked. "Yes?"

"That looks great," Bella told her blandly.

"You said that about, like, the last five dresses, though," Jessica said.

"I thought they were all pretty good," Bella said with a shrug.

"You're not really into this, are you?" Angela asked her.

Bella shook her head. "I actually just really want to go to this bookstore," she told them. "I'll meet you guys at the restaurant?"

"Wait, I'm coming with you," Hayley told her, turning to go back to the dressing room.

"Are you sure?" Jessica asked the girls.

Bella nodded her head as she picked up her bag. "Yeah, yeah. I'll only be a minute," she told them.

"What about you Hayley?" Angela asked.

"Bella shouldn't go alone," Hayley said from inside of the dressing room. "Besides, I found the dress I really want."

"Okay," The two girls replied as they continued to check themselves out in the mirror.

"There you go," The man said, handing over the book to Bella as he took her money. "Have a good night."

"Thank you," Hayley replied as she left the book store with Bella.

"You looked really pretty in that dress, you know?" Bella said as the two walked down the steps.

Hayley smiled at her friend as the two turned into an alleyway. "Really?" She asked and Bella nodded. "Thank you, Bells."

The two suddenly stopped their conversation when they noticed two men at the end of the alley. They belonged to same group men from earlier, except now they were drunk. Hayley quickly grabbed Bella's arm and turned around, hoping that if they walked away the men would leave them alone; they didn't.

"Saw you at the dress store," One one men slurred. "Hey, where you running to?"

More men appeared in front of the two girls. "What's up?" One of the men asked. "It's my girls."

Bella and Hayley tried to get away from the men, but one stopped them. "Where are you going?" He asked, grabbing Bella. "Come get a drink with us."
