*I chuckled, taking the towel around my neck to wipe the sweat off my forehead* As much as you’ll hate to hear it, I’ve taught the troopers to help one another get better at training. For example, *I turned, pointing to a young girl training with a baton on the training mat by herself.* That girl is one of the smallest member out of the squad I’m training at the moment, she struggled but showed she worked hard.

Phasma: Troopers aiding each other sounds rather unprofessional. You should be the one doing the work, otherwise why are you here? *looks at the girl* Yes, she has always fallen behind in my class.

*I looked at Phasma, smiling* I talked to her, she told me she didn’t want to disappoint you. She looks up to you, wanted to make you proud as weird as it sounds. I helped her one and one and she’s gotten extremely better. *I chuckled, taking the towel off from around my neck* As good of a leader I may be with this, you still have a say. You still lead them, i just train them.

Phama: *watching the girl* She's lucky to have progressed. She would've been kicked out by now. And yes, I'm still the leader. Training doesn't give you superiority, but I know you're already aware of that.

Oh, I didn't mean giving you the entire training program, but perhaps just the strugglers. I have no patience for those who can't keep up. You seem to correct that.
