A sleek silver car pulled up to the curb, the engine purring softly before falling silent.

Ah! She's here-what to do-act normal.

"Hey!" Yuki called out, stepping out of the car with a bright smile. She was wearing a flowing sundress the color of cornflowers, her dark hair catching the sunlight. I turned around as if I hadn't seen her coming, trying to appear nonchalant.

"Hey, good morning!" she said, her voice warm like the summer air. She walked towards me with an easy grace, her sandals clicking softly on the pavement.

"Good morning, Yuki," I replied, a smile spreading across my face.

"You're early," she commented, stopping in front of me. Her eyes sparkled with amusement.

I laughed, a nervous flutter in my chest. "Yeah, my alarm woke me up early."

Yuki giggled, covering her mouth with her hand. "I bet your alarm is dead now, huh?"

"Hm? Why?" I asked, confused.

"I mean, because it woke you up earlier," she explained, her smile widening.

"Ah, no, it's not. It was my phone. I would never kill my phone, no matter how annoying it gets," I said, defending my beloved device.

Yuki's laughter filled the air.
"Lol, it's true. I wouldn't kill my phone either." She paused, her expression softening. "I didn't say it wasn't true. I know how much you love your phone-more than a person!" she teased.

My cheeks flushed. "Oh, right, about that..." I trailed off, my heart pounding.

"The confession?" she asked gently. "Umm..."

"You don't have to answer if you don't want to," I blurted out, suddenly wanting to escape the intensity of her gaze. "We should... um... go." I stammered, turning away.

"Wait," she said, her voice firm but kind. She reached out and gently touched my arm, her fingers sending a shiver down my spine. "I... I can say it."

My breath caught in my throat. I turned back to face her, my heart pounding in my ears.

"I... I love you too," she whispered, her eyes shining with sincerity.

Before I could react, she pulled me closer, her lips meeting mine in a soft, tender kiss. The world seemed to melt away, leaving only the warmth of her touch and the sweet taste of her kiss.

She does... love me, I thought, a wave of joy washing over me. Smiling, I pulled her closer, my arms tightening around her waist.

"I love you too," I whispered back, my voice filled with emotion.
