It's no fun being a sickie, so I have a few tips to do when you are to hopefully make you feel better!
FOODIES
Avoid eating candies and treats, it sucks but it will help your tummy lots. Another thing to avoid is milkies and a lot of dairy, except yogurt because that helps when your sicks. Soup and crackers and apparently burnt toast is good for your tummy too. If your throat is sore, try honey or drinking tea! ALWAYS DRINK LOTSA WATER!!
VOICE
When you gotsa sore throat try and use your voice as infrequently as possible. Resort to grabby hands and whimpers.
NAP TIMES
It's important to nap lots and lots when you are sickie, usually naps suck, but trust me nothing feels better after a nice rest after a long time of being sick.
