[*COMPLETED*]- Trust- A Master Frown Backstory

"Well..." Michael started. "It's about my former superiors..."

"The DOOM LORDS?!?" Everybody except for Brock exclaimed.

Michael nodded firmly as Hawkodile frowned.

"They ruined your life, and now you're HELPING them?!?" He said in disbelief.

"It's not what it looks like, Hawkodile..." Michael tried to explain.

"Then what is it like?" Hawkodile asked, crossing his arms.

Michael turned to look at Dr. Fox.

"Oh, please, Mike," She said. "I won't help the Doom Lords no matter what. They turned you into a complete monster."

"I know what I'm doing, Dr.," Michael said. "And I think- that they're quite...abnormal- as if they're all brainwashed..."

"Brainwashed, you say?" Dr. Fox said with a curious tone. "Tell me more about this case."

"Well," Michael continued. "Master Doom told me she brainwashed everybody except for me and Master Papercuts. Well, I don't really think so, cuz well- they all suffer from temporary headaches, and then they'll turn either kind and compassionate, or cuckoo crazy. Master Papercuts and I had never experienced that. In fact, we've been studying them for like every single day ever since we felt suspicious. Not only the Doom Lords suffer from severe headaches- but Master Doom herself suffers from them as well. In fact, she seems to have the worst among all of them."

"Odd," Dr. Fox said, rubbing her chin.

"I've got something for you." Michael said, taking out Master Doom's note and giving it to her. "Master Doom wrote this while she's still, well... normal...? She gave it to me, and I figured that I must give it to you."

Dr. Fox gave the note a read, as her eyes shone.

"Wait a minute..." Dr. Fox said. "This case has happened before!"

"Really?" Michael asked, as hope shone in his eyes.

"Yeah!" Dr. Fox said. "The very first victim, though, is my own father..."

"Dr. Thomas Albert Fox?" Hawkodile asked.

"Yeah." Dr. Fox replied with a sigh. "He has been studying flowers ever since he's a wee fox. And my mother assists him. They even wrote a book together. One of the flowers they studied, however, is very very poisonous. It's called the 'Lunatic Lily', and it only exists in FrownTown- most commonly found in Despair Valley. Desperate, my father searched far and wide and finally found the flower he's been looking for. Yet, he accidentally sniffed it and it's poisonous pollen corrupted his mind, causing him to turn heartless and berserk. And just like Master Doom's case, he turns berserk every single time he suffers a headache, and he turns back to normal when he suffers another- completely forgetting the things he did while he went completely crazy."

"Is there an antidote for this?" Michael asked.

"Yes," Dr. Fox answered. "It's all written in their book- but it was somehow stolen..."

"Wait-" Michael said, remembering something, as he took out a huge book. "You mean, this book?"

"Yes, YES!" Dr. Fox exclaimed with joy as she took the book from Michael's hands.

"Sorry, Doc..." Michael apologised. "I stole it during one of my visits here..."

"It's fine," Dr. Fox replied with a smile as she opened the book and looked for the page.

"Let me help you," Michael said, immediately turning to the specific page Dr. Fox is looking for.

"H-How'd you-" Dr. Fox asked, amazed.

"I read the whole thing- and I might've remembered everything in this baby!" Michael replied smugly. "Too bad I'm not smart enough to put the information into good use."

"Oh, Michael..." Dr. Fox giggled as she and Michael read.

"The Lunatic Lily, a poisonous flower who turns people berserk with only a bit of pollen. Widely used to make potions and drugs, and is most commonly found in Despair Valley, FrownTown... It's antidote..."

The both of them stopped, as the page is torn!

"Oh dear...you think-" Dr. Fox asked, looking at Michael.

"Master Doom once owned the book, and she tore the page?!?" Michael continued as he found a strand of Master Doom's hair in the book. Everybody gasped.

"We must hurry, everybody!" Dr. Fox said. "To the Doom Lords' lair!"
