"I wouldn't make assumptions."
Upstairs, Kol found her north side bedroom. It was cozy looking, but a bit plain. The walls were a soft green, and had paintings decorating it. Her bed was black and white, and on the sides were chains. He frowned. Surely Elijah didn't want him to chain up their niece. It was absurd. He walked to the edge of the bed and laid Poppy down under the blankets.
Poppy turned her head the slightest bit, still slightly awake. "Kol..." She sounded quietly. She opened her eyes and looked around the bedroom before closing them again. A tear slipped from her eye. "It's okay....if you have to do it..."
"I'm not going to chain you up, darling." Kol sat down and took her hand. "You don't deserve it. Now, do you want to talk about what's been making you so angry?"
Poppy cleared her throat tiredly. "Dad..he's been mean to me and Stefan. And...and..I had a vision..."
"A vision? What was it?"
Another tear slipped from her eye. "I..don't know..what was going..on..but..I'm going to be..the one..to kill..." She trailed off, about to fall asleep.
"Kill who?"
"Stefan."
Downstairs, Freya walked back into the courtyard, as did Kol, to see Silas and the baby enter.
"Where were you?" Kol asked, walking to the wall and pulling the piece of wood out of it.
Silas set Melody, who was in her car seat, on the table. "Shopping to let Poppy cool down."
"You're lucky you were gone." Freya said, folding her arms just below her chest. "Poppy had a freak out. Elijah and Kol had her subdued."
The older frowned. "I thought the freak outs were over."
"Apparently not, mate." The vampire sighed. "She's upstairs in the north side bedroom. Go, I'll watch little Mel."
Silas looked at his daughter, then at Kol. "Thank you."

New Orleans, Louisiana
The Mikaelson Compound
Poppy turned her head against the pillow, light of the day pouring in from the window. When she opened her eyes, Silas was sleeping by her side, Melody in between them. Melody was awake, looking up at the ceiling, kicking her feet a bit. Her mother smiled.
"Hey, baby." She greeted quietly, placing a kiss on her head.
Melody turned her head to look at her mother and smiled a toothless grin.
Poppy smiled more. "Hi,"
After about thirty minutes, Poppy left Silas to sleep, carrying a bundled up Melody in her arms. She felt okay for the most part. A little relaxed, but still upset about the day before. She didn't appreciate being drugged either. She heard voices from the courtyard as she walked down the hallway of the second floor.
"I should have sensed something was wrong when Freya didn't call. Now Lucien has a head start."
Poppy furrowed her eyebrows, hearing a voice she hadn't heard in a long time.
Finn.
She continued down the hall to the top of the staircase. Standing below was Davina, Finn, Kol, Freya, and Elijah. They didn't know she was there, so she simply listened, sitting on the top stair.
