Poppy took a breath when she heard the faint crying of her daughter, and she turned her head towards the sound of it. "I'll go check on her." She said, letting go of Silas's hand and speeding towards what she thought was the staircase, and it was, but she felt the railing slam into her side, and she fell forward onto the stairs.
"Whoa there, speedy." Freya sounded. "You okay?"
Poppy pushed herself off of the stairs and turned around to face their direction. "I'm okay."
"Why don't I go check on her..?" Silas suggested, moving her to the side a bit and walking up the stairs.
With a frown, Poppy fidgeted with her fingers, unsure of how to tell Freya and Cami she was close to blind. She composed herself, fixed her posture, and gave them a smile. "I'm going to the St James Infirmary." She told them, walking to the door.

St James Infirmary
Walking to the club proved to be more difficult then she imagined. She felt a tad drained from using her magic to tell where she was and where things were. However, she had made it with her eyes closed, that's all that mattered. Opening the door, she walked inside, keeping a hand on the wall. SShe could tell that it was mostly vacant, which confused her. The only breathing thing she could sense was a vampire, and suddenly she was alert.
"You shouldn't be here, Little M." A voice spoke from somewhere.
She sighed in relief. "Oh good, it's just you, brother." She walked inside a bit more. "What's going on? Why are you alone?"
"I'm not." Marcel said. "Are you okay?"
"I don't sense anyone. Who else is here?" Poppy asked, and she flinched the slightest bit when she felt Marcel's hands on her arms. "What's going on?"
A breath suddenly sounded from a different part of the room. The person began to pant after a few moments, and Poppy felt the hands move away from her arms. Marcel tossed something down onto a table, and by the sounds of it, it was a blood bag.
"That should help." Marcel stated. "I suggest you drink up before you do something you'll regret."
"Marcel.." Poppy whispered, holding her hand out. She felt a hand take hers, and she was pulled gently into his body. "I'm almost blind."
Marcel let out a sigh. "I figured. Please don't be mad at me."
"Why would I be mad?" She asked, a bit nervous when the other vampire in the room continued to drink blood bag after blood bag.
They eventually stopped and spoke. "Thanks for the appetizer, mate. Now I best be on my way." It was Kol.
Poppy felt whooshed to stand behind the bar, and she was left there, listening to the conversation.
"Oh, I can't let you do that."
"My family is under attack!" Kol exclaimed. "Davina might be in trouble."
"I'm not letting you anywhere near her, all right? Not while you're like this."
Poppy let out a small gasp when she heard someone slammed against the bar, and she stepped back.
"Listen to me, Kol!" Marcel's voice sounded strained. "All right? I never much liked you on a good day, but you are clearly not yourself. Tell me you can't feel that. The Ancestors are doing this to you, and they're not gonna stop, all right? You have to get out of this city, somewhere where they can't reach you. The longer you stay, the more dangerous you are to everyone. Including Davina. Including Poppy."
Poppy had a frown on her face, hugging herself, and backed up more. Kol gave Marcel a thundering growl, then suddenly he stopped. She felt the tension lift a bit.
"Marcel, you have to believe me. I would never, never hurt Davina. And I would never hurt my beloved niece." Kol said, sounding horrified and sad.
Suddenly, she began to see again, light and color returning to her vision. She smiled a bit, but frowned at her family. Kol's face was covered in blood and guilt, and Marcel was sad.
Marcel looked at her uncle with a sad expression. "If that's true, then do the right thing. Go. And don't come back."
Kol nodded and left in a whoosh.
Poppy frowned more. Her and Marcel made eye contact, and he gave her a 'please forgive me smile'. She gave him a slight nod and rubbed her eyes.
A bit later, Poppy sat on a stool next to Marcel, a glass of bourbon in her hand. "So I guess I'll just stay here until we find a loophole for this wretched situation I'm in." She said, taking a drink. "What're you going to do about Davina?"
Marcel gave his sister a sigh. "Let her deal with it on her own. She knows sending Kol away was for the best." He looked at her, suddenly furrowing his eyebrows. "So your sight returned when Vincent and Davina fixed the spell of this place?"
"Yeah, why?" Poppy asked, setting down her glass.
"From what I understand, the cure was originally an elixir. Magic used by Qetsiyah to ensure that Silas and his love never lived and died together, no matter if it was Amara or not. Magic made to kill you. It's just like anything else."
The wheels began turning in her head. "When Caroline was pregnant, her babies were siphoning off the magical essence of her. Her vampirism. Curse, elixir, spell...any kind of magic can be siphoned." She stood up, as did her brother. "There's the loophole!" She smiled widely. "Marcel, you're a genius!" She hugged him tightly, smiling. "I'm not going to die."
Marcel smiled in the hug, rubbing her back. "Let's go tell your family."

The Mikaelson Compound
Marcel held his sister's hand as he entered the compound, leading the way as her eyes had gone almost lost her vision entirely once more. However, her eyes were open so she could tell where they were. "Hello?!" He called out. "Anyone home?"
Poppy heard several people rush into the courtyard.
"What's wrong?" She heard Klaus ask.
"Nothing." She smiled. "We found the loophole, Daddy. It's just magic, all we need to do is siphon it."
Marcel still held her hand. "We just have to find someone to do it. Caroline's kids are just babies, younger than Melody."
"The heretics." Poppy stated.
Freya's voice was heard next. "I'll call the Salvatores."
Poppy held a smile on her face until she no longer felt too great. Her heart felt like it was fluttering in her chest, and her breathing change. It felt like there was no air to breathe. Klaus watched her, frowning, and he listened to the skipping of her heart beats.
"What's wrong?" She heard her husband ask.
She shook her head, bringing a hand to her chest, rubbing it in attempt to ease the pain. "No.." She took a small step backwards, feeling lightheaded. Then, she collapsed and everything went black.
