Marth x Reader One shots

(Y/n)'s POV

I was with Marth in the infirmary because he had a really bad migraine. "Here's some medication for the pain," Dr. Mario said to Marth while dropping two pills into his hand. "Thank you," he said before he popped the two pills into his mouth, and drank some water to make it easier to swallow. I heard a sigh of relief from him,"Feel better?" I asked him,"Yeah," he responded with a smile on his face before he intertwined our hands together.

"Oh boy," I heard Dr. Mario say,"What happened?" I asked him,"I uh accidentally gave him the wrong medication," he said nervously. "What?!" Marth and I exclaimed. "Okay so the medication I gave him was a pain reliever so his migraine is gone," Dr. Mario explained to us. "But it has side effects," he said hesitantly. I started to feel worried, what if it's dangerous. "What are they?" Marth asked nervously. "You'll have the behaviors of a cat," he said.

We were both dumbfounded by what he said. "How long will it take for the cat behavior to go away?" I asked him,"The cat behavior will be gone after today," he said. "This should be pretty easy to handle," Marth said while rubbing his head against my arm affectionally and purring at the same time. "Right, you can handle it," Dr. Mario said skeptically with a raised eyebrow when he took notice of Marth's behavior.

He realized what he was doing and he quickly stopped rubbing his head against my arm. "I'll help him manage the cat behavior," I said to Dr. Mario. "Alright, good luck (Y/n)," he said to me before I left the infirmary with Marth. I brought him to the living room and we both took a seat on one of the couches. I grabbed the remote and I turned on the tv. I switched through the channels until I found a channel playing (y/f/s).

I was so focused on watching the show that I didn't notice Marth trying to get my attention. "(Y/nnnnnnnnn)," he whined a couple of times. My focus was broken when I felt the side of my head get hit by a pillow. "What was that for?" I asked a now pouting Marth. "You weren't paying attention to me," he said while pouting. I laughed at him before I gave him a peck on his lips. "You have my attention now," I said to him which quickly got jinxed.

Robin came into the living room,"Hey (Y/n)," he said to me with a smile. "Hey," I greeted him back, I didn't notice Marth shooting a glare at Robin. "There's a match between Dark Samus and Pikachu that's about to begin, do you guys wanna come and watch?" He asked us, I was about to respond to him when there was a loud hiss that made both of us jump. "No we're not going because (Y/n) and I are hanging out today," he hissed at Robin.

"Uh okay," Robin said awkwardly,"Is Marth feeling okay?" He asked me,"Yeah, the medication for his migraine had side effects that gave him the behavior of a cat," I explained to him. "I hope he gets back to normal soon," he said,"The behavior should be gone after today," I responded to him. He nodded,"I'll see you guys later," he said before left to watch the match. "What was that about?" I asked Marth with a glare,"I didn't like that he was talking to you," he said.

I sighed at him,"Robin is our friend so it's okay if he talks to me," I said to him as an attempt to show him that he was harmless. "I don't care," he said before he kissed me. I pulled him closer to me, when I did that the kiss got more passionate. We stayed like this for a couple of minutes before we pulled away from each other. We were both breathless from the lack of oxygen. When we finished catching our breath he started trailing kisses down the side of my neck.

He bit into my neck which I knew it was gonna turn into a hickey. "Now he won't talk to you," he said proudly. "Just go back to being normal," I said while burying my now red face into his shirt. He laughed at my reaction, now I get why Dr. Mario thought he couldn't handle the side effects.

The next day...

The cat behavior from the medication had thankfully worn off of Marth. He didn't get upset with Robin talking to me this time. Although he was still was proud of the hickeys he gave me, I guess he gave me more than I thought he did while we in the living room yesterday. Seeing him act like a cat was cute and I kind of miss it. Even though I missed it I was just glad that he was acting like himself again.
