Apollo's POV

I'm so happy. Today Percy and Annabeth broke up. I'm not happy she broke his heart but I'm happy I finally have a chance with him. Maybe I'll ask Aphrodite for advice. Best be on my way.

At Aphrodite's palace

"Dite, 'you here?" I asked searching the huge palace for the goddess.

"Sure. What do you need because you just interrupted my manicure." Aphrodite said looking unhappy for obvious reasons.

"I need your help. There's this guy I want to ask out but I don't know if he'll accept or if he likes me a bit." I replied. At that Aphrodite looked up with sly smile on her lips. The mischievous look in her eyes told me she knew who I was talking about.

"So you need my help to ask Percy out." Aphrodite said with a thinking face.

" Hmmm. OK I'll help you because that Athena spawn broke his heart." I was surprised she agreed without getting anything in return.

"But..." I take that back." You have to promise me that I can watch the whole date if he agrees to go with you.

"Fine". I turned and left 'I have a pretty boy to ask out'.

Percy's POV

I felt hurt when annabeth broke up with me but I had a feeling everything would be okay. I'll get over her in no time.

I was training in the arena when a saw a bright light reflected to the arena. I looked back to see Apollo standing with a blinding smile on his face. I wondered what he was doing here and decided it wasn't my business. I was going to continue hacking away at the dummies when he spoke up.

" Someone woke on the wrong side of the bed today" Apollo said looking unsurprised.

"What is it this time? You gods never give me a break. Do you need me to find your lyre now?" I turned to look at him with a glare. He subconsciously shuddered and I smiled.

"No I wanted to check on you. Sorry about annabeth. But are you okay?" He actually looked sorry about it.

"It's okay. It's not your fault. If anything, it's Aphrodite's. I'll live anyway. But thanks for asking." I said wondering why he cared all of a sudden.

"So I was wondering if you would like to go out for ice cream sometime." Apollo said not meeting my eyes. It looked weird to see the god who was known as a Casanova actually being shy.

"Are you asking me out on a date?" I questioned.

   Things are starting to get really interesting. I never really thought of going out with a god but I'm bi and I don't see the harm in trying.

"I know you are busy but if you make time, I promise you won't regret it. Just give me a chance and yes I know what your gonna say. I'm a player. I'll change if you just give me a chance." And now he's rambling.

"I'll go out with you Apollo you don't need to say an essay to ask me out but if you so much as try to sing a haiku I'm outta there."

"Right. No haiku. So when are you gonna be free?" He asked.
"How about 10:00 tomorrow? Is that okay?" I said.

"Yeah. It's perfect. I'll come pick you up." He looked relieved to hear my answer.

I moved towards him and gave him a chaste kiss to see his reaction. It was hilarious. I brought out my phone and took a pictures. He's face was as red as the Apple that was given to snow white. This picture might just be the beginning of a new chapter for me.
