Alissa Violet as Claudia Ferrel.

Veronica.

My eyes opened slowly as the sunlight entered my room. I could feel a hard chest underneath me I looked up to realise it was Jack. Once I started to remember what had happened a smile rose to my face.

I brushed a loose strand of hair from his face and continued to observe him: his mouth a little open, his eyelashes fanning his cheeks and his hair messy. He looked peaceful.

His eyes fluttered open a moment after, staring down at me, "Morning baby," his raspy voice said.

"Hi," I muttered as I began blushing.

He pulled me back to his chest and began playing with my hair, "Shit! What time is it?" I exclaimed realising we had school.

It was seven thirty so I still had twenty minutes to get to school, I allowed myself to enjoy Jack's company.

"Last night was amazing," Jack told me before lightly kissing my forehead.

"It really was."

-

"So, how was it?" Alessia asked as soon as I got to my locker, she wiggled her eyebrows suggestively.

"I'm not going to go into detail but it was good."

"Nope, it was amazing I can tell because you're glowing."

"I don't know what girls have with the whole glowing theory but it's stupid. By the way, where's Shawn?"

"I don- oh, I'm guessing he's busy..." she told me.

"What do you mean?"

She nodded her head to towards the end of the corridor, where he stood but was joined by Claudia Ferrel; she's a cheerleader. She was at the party yesterday but I didn't see them together at any moment so I guess something must've happened after I left but I didn't want to ask Alessia about it. They were making out in a corner, his hands cupped her cheeks as she placed her hands on his chest; their kiss full of lust.

I looked away and we decided to not interrupt them. My phone buzzed in my back pocket and I took it out to see who had sent me a text.

I opened them all. They were pictures of my face with a red cross on them and a slur or insult written in a white font. Slut, bitch, fat, crybaby, worthless.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Alessia asked making me wake up from my trance.

"Nothing it's just this random person that texts me every day at 11.11 but for some reason, they've messaged me now and with an unusual message," I tell her before handing her my phone.

Her expression changes as she scrolls up to look at the previous messages, "And you don't know who this is?" I shook my head, "Have you thought of anyone who could be doing this?"

"Well from the recent texts I thought it could be Ariel but if it was her then the other messages don't make any sense to me. It seems to be someone in my life not just some stranger, that person either has my number or they started texting me by accident. There's no way I can find out since it's a private number."

-

I had just finished Sam's rehearsal in the auditorium.

"Hey, can I borrow your phone to call someone? My phone died," I asked Sam.

"Sure," Sam answered and handed me his phone, "I'm just going to go get something from the vending machine, I'll be back in a few," he told me while getting up.

Once he left I went to his messages and checked if he was the one texting me but there was nothing there. I put Alessia's number in and texted her from Sam's phone.

Sam:
It's not him - V

Alessia:
??

Sam:
It's Veronica. I'm on Sam's phone checking for any clues but he isn't the one texting me. From now on I'll be texting you like this to tell you if I find anything.

Alessia:
Ok, one person down.

I quickly deleted the messages so Sam wouldn't be suspicious and switched his phone off. A short moment later he walked back in and we spoke for a while.

I'd been anxious all day, I really needed to find out who this person was. So I sat on the edge of my bed at 11.08 waiting for the clock to change to 11.11, my phone was on my nightstand since my hands were shaking badly.

The clock turned, 11.11.

Unknown number:
I hate your guts

Veronica:
Please tell me who you are

Unknown number:
I'm surprised you haven't blocked me yet but if you did I'd still find my way back to you.

Veronica:
What do you want from me? What have I done?
