READER'S POV:
By that time it was already 12 pm. Saturday, September 20th. Two days before my birthday I was going to find out if I'm pregnant or not. AH shit. It's my senior year of college and I'm turning 21. Of course, I would move to NC and finish my courses online while pregnancy. I started watching Youtube videos about pregnancy. My alarm goes off, I have to head to class. I get my books and head to the building. The class was as usual.
Right after class, I go to my car. I look up the address for the clinic and head in that direction. Once at the clinic, I register in an anxiously wait to get called up.
?: Y/N Y/L
I get up and head over to the door that leads the checkup rooms.
The woman that seems to be a nurse leads me into a room with an ultrasound machine.
?: Okay Y/N so you're going to go down the hallway to the restroom pee in this cup.
I nodded as she handed me the cup. I went to the restroom and did what I had to do then headed towards the room.
I gave the cup to the nurse and sat back on the bed thingy.
?: Okay, while we wait for results were going to check for anything okay?
Y/N: Okay sounds good.
She put a cold get on my belly and started checking. And on the screen, we could see a little blob.
?: Don't be so sure right now we're just checking okay? The results should be ready in a bit.
I nodded even though I was still very scared. She left the room for what seemed hours but it was really for a few minutes. She handed me a piece of paper folded in half.
?: The results should be in there.
Y/N: Okay thank you so much!
I hurried to my car and to my dorm. I was too scared to see the results. I got to my dorm around 6 pm.
I put the piece of paper on the bed an I sat in front of it. I stared at it. If it came back positive I would be so happy and excited. If it didn't it would be completely fine.
I finally earn the courage to open it. I open it while closing my eyes. I open them and in the boring text it said:
POSITIVE
Holy mother trucker. I have a fetus in my uterus. AHHHHHH, I have to tell Jimmy. But I want it to be special.
