Silica POV

"Wha-who?" Silica opened her eyes groggily, and looked around, confused. She looked down, the  turned tomato red for two reasons. "W-What am I wearing?! Wh-why are you carrying me bridal-style, Cobalt?!" Cobalt seemed to have just noticed the second part, and turned red as well.

"It's... a long story." Cobalt looked down shyly. Silica laughed at his bashful face, and Cobalt joined in. Silica noticed that he was crying. 

"Ah! Cobalt... are you okay?" She wiped his tears, then turned away, extremely embarrassed. 

"It's just... I was so worried... and I'm so sorry! About Violet... I-I really..." He burst into tears again, but Silica just felt confused.

"Violet? Who's that? A friend of yours? Do I know her?" She asked curiously, but something in her mind told her that there was something important about this 'Violet' girl.

"...uhm...you really don't remember anything at all from before...?" Cobalt smiled slightly, and then turned away.

Then, Silica noticed Cherry. She got down from Cobalt's arms, and was tackled immediately.

"I missed you so much..." Cherry was sobbing into Silica's shoulder, slapping her back in an upset way. Silica's bun fell apart, and she awkwardly patted Cherry's back while trying not to wince in pain.

"We all did." Marie nodded politely, and an unfamiliar Octoling hid behind her, holding Marie's charger.

"Hi! Who are you?" Silica asked happily.

"I'm Aria...are you really okay? You were really mean to Cobalt before..." She handed Silica a pair of fresh looking sunglasses. Silica put them on over her bangs, and noticed that they were crooked.

"I-I was?" Silica was scared. What had she done to Cobalt to make someone this scared of her? She rushed over to Cobalt, extremely confused.

"What did I do to you? Are you hurt?" She examined his body for any wounds, then stopped when she realized what she was doing.

"No! It wasn't your fault..." Silica listened intently as Cobalt explained the whole situation, and even told her about his small crush on another girl, Violet. Silica felt a little jealous, but she didn't say anything. 

"I'm just glad you're back, Silica..." Kari hugged her, and Silica hugged her back. Everyone joined in on the hug, except for Ray and Marie.

"Come on, let's go home, we have a performance we have to do~" Nori gestured for Silica and Cobalt to go on first.

"Wait... I need to tell Silica something in private first..." Nori nodded in understanding, but Silica was just confused. Again. "Silica..." He turned extremely red and started stammering. "I-I li-like you!" He turned even redder, and Silica watched as he covered his face in embarrassment.

"I like you too, Cobalt." Silica felt herself blushing, but she didn't care. She hugged Cobalt, and it felt like years when they let go of each other. "Well, let's go. We have our whole life waiting for us outside!"
