Marshmello x reader

During the night you wake up out of panic. You frantically look around you to make sure you are awake and everything is in order, then you shift your eyes slowly to Chris who is sleeping with his face towards you and on his stomach. His broad shoulders sticking out as his arms are under his sleepy head. You give out a relieving sigh as you slump over.

"That scared me to death" you said out loud, but I little too loud because right after that sentence you hear Chris move around and a tired moan coming from him.

"Are you ok y/n?"  Chris says rolling over to his side.

"Omg I'm so sorry did I wake you!?" You say feeling bad.

"Yeah but it's ok, why are you up?" He sits up and throws his legs over the side of the bed, all you see his bare back and his fixing his hair as he pats a spot next to him.

You slide over beside him.

"I had a nightmare.." you say feeling embarrassed because you sound like a little kid.

"What was it about?" He says then grabs you and falls back so you land on top of him. You rest your head on his chest as you start to explain.

"I woke up like if I woke up in real life at night, but when I looked over you were not there so I got up and checked the house. Once I got out of your room "you" were standing in the middle of the living room facing away from me. I asked what you were doing then you slowly turn to me and tried to hug me with a smile but I knew something wasn't right so I backed off. I asked "where is the real Chris" but once I said that "your" face went blank and then you turned back around. I shouted again "where is the real Chris!" But when I said that you replied with "gone" and after you said that you started to laugh but each chuckle became deeper in tone. I started to back up as you slowly turned back around with a melted face but before anything happens I woke up."

"Omg y/n" he says shocked. He was playing with your hair but then moved to hugging you and you hugging back.

"It was so scary" you say with a whining tone.

"It was scary and all you did was tell me the story" he says with a chuckle.

"I thought it killed you and I was terrified.." you hear a "Awh" come from his mouth as he hugged you tighter and kissed your head. You popped your head up and kissed him on the lips.

"You will stay safe, right?" You said breaking the kiss.

"I hope so, but I should be" he went back to the kiss and after a bit you rolled off him and was now on your side of the bed. You pulled you to him as he covered you and himself.

"Goodnight my angel" he says quietly

"Goodnight :)" you let out a tired sigh and you cuddle up and fall asleep.
