Two weeks later.
Saturday Evening
"Are you sure?" Jade asked with a smirk
Yes! For the last time I'm not going to let you style my hair!" Tori replied with a somewhat dark smile that was accompanied by a exasperated sigh. "I'm almost scared to admit this, but I'm beginning to understand how your mind works. If I let you do my hair, I'm going to wake up with a different hair color and it's going to be a lot shorter."
"True enough."
As Tori sighed, Jade couldn't help but smile. Since the confrontation with Ryder two weeks ago Tori had been sleeping better, she had seemed happier and her attitude towards life had gotten better. Jade wouldn't show it but she was glad that her general attitude had gotten better. Tori was doing better and Jade was happy that she had been able to help her. And she would most likely never tell Tori, but she was veryhappy that she had been able to break Ryder's arm. It seemed like poetic justice: Ryder had hurt Tori, Jade had hurt Ryder. It wasn't the best thing to do but still, it had helped Jade give herself a little peace of mind. Ryder would most likely never go after Tori again if he ever got out of prison.
Tori looked over at Jade and couldn't help but smirk as she took a look at Jade's outfit. "I'll make you a deal, if you let me pick your next outfit, I'll let you style my hair."
Jade narrowed her eyes for a moment before shaking her head. "No. I don't do happy, bright colors, Vega. And I know what sort of outfit you'd pick out for me."
Tori smirked. "I think you'd be surprised. For all you know, I could have picked out something that would have turned your face beet red."
Jade smirked back at her. "I doubt that. I've seen my share of weird things, Vega. There's no way you could ever surprise me. So come on, give me your best shot."
Tori simply turned around and Jade couldn't help but hear a small laugh force it's way out of her mouth as she ran up the stairs. For a brief moment, she thought she might have underestimated Tori but she forced that particular thought from her mind. She was Jade West, there was no way Tori could surprise her. Still...her parents were gone for the weekend, a lingering shade of doubt remained in her mind that maybe Tori would end up winning the unspoken contest.
"You ready?" She heard Tori's voice call down from the stairs a moment later. "Like I said, take your best shot!" Jade called back as she waited at the bottom of the stairs. A moment later her eyes widened and her jaw dropped.
Oh...damn it. I think she won this one. Jade thought to herself as Tori walked down the stairs with a smirk on her face and not much else. The outfit Tori was wearing left very little to Jade's imagination and Jade almost lost herself in the sight for a moment as she drank in the image. The outfit was a semi- see-through violet fabric that left Jade staring at it with an expression of utter shock on her face. "How..Where...?" She tried to ask but the words kept dying in her mouth.
"So..." Tori asked in a soft, seductive voice. "Did I win?"
Jade could only nod as Tori softly walked towards her and planted a kiss on the side of Jade's neck. "I know that the last time I wanted to do this was the wrong time, I thought I wanted something that might have ruined our relationship. It wasn't the right time, but what do you think? Do you think now is the right time?" Tori asked with a seductive smile.
"I...wow," was all Jade was able to say. Tori couldn't help but smile widely as she took Jade's compliment as a yes. She gently took Jade's hand and began to lead her up the stairs. "Wait...I'm not exactly dressed for this." Jade said as her face turned red.
"Oh don't worry. Wait until you see your outfit." Tori giggled as she led Jade up the stairs.
"My outfit?"
"Oh yeah, I have a feeling that you'll love it."
Jade gulped as they reached the room and Tori shut the door behind them before giving Jade a predatory grin.
"Tonight, you're mine."
Sunday Morning
Jade slowly opened her eyes as she felt the soft breathing of Tori Vega against her and she let a soft smile form. Last night Tori had shown a side of herself that Jade couldn't believe existed. And she had been right, Jade had taken a look at the black outfit that Tori had gotten her and her eyes had widened even further then they had when she had first seen Tori's outfit. Jade's outfit had even less fabric then Tori's had which was saying quite a bit.
She could feel Tori's arms wrapped around her stomach and couldn't help but smile. Tori had surprised her with what she had done last night. Some of the events that occurred last night still made Jade blush slightly.
"Sleep well?" Tori's asked softly as she nuzzled against Jade's neck. Jade smirked. "We didn't exactly do too much sleeping. What time did you finally fall asleep?"
"I think it was around three in the morning." Tori said with a soft laugh. So...did you enjoy yourself?" Jade couldn't help but blush slightly. "I..uh...yes. Yes I did. How about you?"
"Oh yes. I enjoyed myself." Tori said with a smirk as she snuggled a little closer to Jade. "Do you want to go downstairs for breakfast? Or would you rather stay in bed a while longer?"
"Depends on what you mean by "stay in bed." Jade answered with a wide smile.
Tori simply smirked.
