The next day

"You are free to go." A uniformed officer said as he opened the door of the cell where Seohyun was, she was really confused as to why she was being let go even after having proper evidence of her being a murderer. As soon as she came out she saw Jungkook and Jimin. "I don't understand. " she said going near to them.

"Why are you letting me go? Even after having evidences to prove me guilty..." "...because those evidences somehow vanished a day ago and so we cannot keep you in here for long, it's against the rules remember? But you'll be in house arrest till we gather some evidences." Jimin said.

Seohyun listened everything but her eyes were fixed on Jungkook who for some reason according to her wasn't wanting to make an eye contact with her. She nodded and then left.

"You sure it'll work? Maybe we shouldn't have let her go now." Jimin asked in a whisper as soon as Seohyun was out of the sight, "it... definitely will." Jungkook said as he took a deep breath.

It was six pm when Jungkook got out of the precinct and that caused everyone to question cause he left with Jimin always, "Hey Chim, why did Kook leave so early?" Taehyung being the most caring friend Jimin ever had asked, "I don't know, nowadays, he doesn't really tell me where he goes, when he'll come..." Jimin was feeling bad leing to Taehyung but he can't reveal this plan to anyone else.

"You both okay right?" Taehyung asked with his wrinkled eyebrows, Jimin sighed, "I don't know Tae. He has changed, he wasn't like this." Jimin acted as if he was sad, "but why is he acting like this like everything was okay yesterday..." Taehyung said, "....no, nothing was okay, it was just pretending." Jimin said.

Just then Taehyung noticed something. As Jimin opened his jacket through his opened collar buttons he could clearly see a hell lot of hickies right from his neck to collar. "If I asked you something, will you say the truth?" He asked and Jimin gulped, Taehyung's a detective too and it won't take him much time to understand that he is lying. "Hm?"

"Did he... did Jungkook force you?" He asked as his eyes where fixed on Jimin's collar. Jimin's eyes widened a bit as he looked down at where Taehyung was looking and quickly held both the collars of the shirt together, "Jimin answer me please, did he?" ".....y-yes." He apologized to Jungkook a million times in his heart as he said, but he had to cover it up, he couldn't find anything else to say.

"What? He went this far? But... but why? Why the hell did he do this?" Taehyung face was getting distorted as he was turning furious slowly, "I-I don't know..."

On the other hand Jungkook had a very important reason to take an early leave. He was going to Seohyun's apartment and for the first time he was nervous as fuck as from now everything depends upon him.

On reaching the place he knocked on the door and it was opened by Seohyun herself, "Jungkook....? You? here?" "Um...can I come in?" He asked and she gladly let him in. "You deleted those evidences didn't you?" She asked as soon as she closed the door, Jungkook smirked a bit and then turned around to face her, and action "....you..you knew?" He asked.

"How will I not know, you were acting so strange when Jimin mentioned the evidences." She said with a chuckle, "why did you do it Jungkook? The last time I checked you were in love with Jimin and absolutely hated me. Then why? Why are you trying to save me? Not only that, you are going against your lover?" She asked, by now her hands have went up and grabbed Jungkook's collar.

"Because I wanted to..." he said in a loving tone taking both of her hands in his, "I would've saved you no matter what, and I had no intention to arrest you in the first place, it was Captain's orders and you know I cannot deny, infact no one can...."
