        "(Y/N)!"

(Y/N) looked up from the ground, watching the familiar camouflage Geep speeding down the road. The wheels screeched, sliding on the ice as the vehicle turned towards the gas station's entry. It came to a violent halt as Noodle was the first to hop out, landing on the snow and running towards (Y/N). She opened her arms and landed for a hug, not showing any signs of wanting to let go. Her family followed close behind as Noodle pressed her face into (Y/N)'s neck. Russel walked over to the taxi driver still sitting in the parking lot, handing him money before the driver drove off and left the five alone. (Y/N) proceeded to hug Noodle back, both of their tears dripping onto each other's jackets before Noodle pulled away. Her hands slid down from around (Y/N)'s neck and to her shoulders, stopping at her hands. "(Y/N)~chan, you're freezing!"

"I'm f-fine, Noods," she insisted, faintly grinning.

"How long have you been waiting?" Her face was stained with her tears and tainted red from the cold.

"Just a few minutes," (Y/N) promised. "I'm surprised I beat you here considering how fast you were driving," she quietly giggled. Noodle giggled slightly as well, but both of them knew how saddened each other were by the situation.

"Not to ruin the moment," Murdoc began, walking over to the two girls. "But it's much warmer back at Kong rather than out here."

"That's true," Noodle said with a small grin. She took (Y/N)'s hand and the five walked towards to the Geep, prepared to go home. The two girls held each other throughout the whole ride, the only thing keeping everyone company aside from themselves being the cold snow and wind. (Y/N) wondered why it was so quiet. Not that she really wanted to talk about the reason they were where they were, but she thought the three guys would've been asking her questions.

(Y/N) remembered the hour prior to their drive, thinking back to how she told Noodle what happened.

        Beep

        Beep

        Beep

        "Hallo-o-o, (Y/N)~chan! What's up?" It was quiet. ". . . Hello? (Y/N)?"

"N-noodle," (Y/N) managed to choke out, sniffing.

"(Y/N)~chan, what's wrong?" Noodle exclaimed, clearly concerned. She sounded horrified listening to her tear up.

"I have to tell you s-something," she continued, wiping tears from her eyes. She tried to keep herself from sobbing, holding her hand over her mouth with her sleeve.

"(Y/N), what happened?" Noodle desperately asked. There were more voices on the other end of the call but (Y/N) couldn't make them out.

She sighed, trying to pull herself together. "Somebody told my pa-arents," she stuttered. She shook her head, "something that they . . . really didn't like . . ."

        "Are you alright?" Noodle asked.

"I . . . I guess . . . Maybe . . . B-but, they . . . My parents figured they couldn't support me anymore and . . . T-they . . ." (Y/N) was annoyed with how tough it was for her to state her position, wanting to get it over with. She groaned, rubbing her forehead. "They kicked me out."

"What?" Noodle gasped with shock. "How long?" she exclaimed. There was shuffling from the other side of the phone, as well as panicked conversing.

"For forever, I suppose," (Y/N) mumbled, gripping her jacket. After a long ten minute walk to the busier half of town, she sat in one of the many shop entrances, away from the freshly falling snow but not away from the cold. She held herself tightly, shivering and hoping with every fibre of her being her phone wouldn't die on her.
