Yoon Bum

earlier that day~

I closed my eyes as I tried to fall asleep on the table, my thoughts filled with one thing only.

Oh Y/n... A goddess.... The light to my dark world... My beloved... Oh how I wish  that she would just hold me in her arms... Her body heat warming me... Her soft H/c hair gently brushing against my neck...Her-

"Ah... I'll probably be late, because of the rain." A voice cut me out of my daydreaming.

"Yeah, at the café from last time."

"Yep, got it." A beep was heard.

"Bum!" Sangwoo called out for me. I pretended to squirm giving the illusion that I was sleeping.

"Bum?" I felt a hand pressed against my shoulder.

"You sleeping?" Sangwoo asked followed by a short moment of silence and then footsteps.

I opened my eyes thinking that it was okay to open them only to be greeted by Sangwoo's face.

"What the hell, you were faking it?" Sangwoo asked darkly, scaring the crap out of me.

I lifted my head off the table but was gently pushed back by Sangwoo's surprisingly soft hands.

"Nah, nah. Go back to sleep... I shouldn't have said anything." Sangwoo said as he patted my head

"You see...." Sangwoo drawled out.

"I have to go somewhere." Sangwoo said looking at me in the eye.

"So i was wondering..." Sangwoo paused for more effect.

"Can you go back to the basement?" Sangwoo said cupping my cheek affectionately.

"I'll be right..."

I averted my eyes from his as I frowned slightly... Anything but going back there...

"Ah, are you angry?" Sangwoo seemed to notice this.

A moment of silence until Sangwoo spoke up...

"Alright... Take care of the house then."

"The basement's probably too damp."

"I'll be right back" Sangwoo said as he stood up and moved my hair to kiss my forehead.

"And don't cross the line." He whispered into my ear.

"Go to sleep, I'll be back around 7..." Sangwoo said putting his hands over my eyes in an attempt to close them.

I closed my eyes as I heard Sangwoo's footsteps and the door opening then closing. I waited for a few minutes as to make sure he finally left. Knowing that the coast is clear I opened my eyes with a small smile.

I let out a breathe I didn't knew that I was holding in and looked around to make sure Sangwoo finally left. I sighed in relief, Sangwoo's gone.

"What time is it...." I glanced at the clock.

"It's 6 now.. so I have an hour... I can't leave right away.... I'll just wait 15 minutes..."  I sat there patiently waiting for 15 minutes to pass by.

"... I need to change first...." I thought as I wheeled my way to the laundry room using my four wheeled chair that Sangwoo provided me. I hopped of the chair and opened the dryer to be greeted by a bloody and mutilated body.

I backed away slightly and closed my eyes. I opened them hoping to be greeted by that awful sight but to my relief, the bloody and mutilated body was replaced with a bunch of freshly dried clothes.

I grabbed a pair of jeans and a green stripped long sleeved shirt and put them on my frail body. After that I crawled my way to the kitchen to check on the clock.

"6:10..." I muttered quietly.

"Just 5 more minutes...." I smiled, just the thought of getting out of here bought joy to me.

I cautiously crawled towards the front door until I reached "the line". I gulped as I placed my hand in front of the line feeling a metal knife pressed to my throat. My right hand was fully out of the line as I imagined Sangwoo slicing my neck, blood dripping everywhere. I put a hand to my neck, paranoid as I fully stepped out of the line.

At last, I was in front of the door. I placed my hand on the handle ready to open it until I heard....

"Bum?"
